The room and furniture needs an upgrade but I didn't mind. The room was clean and the view was amazing. I booked the Vegas strip view and I could see the Bellagio fountain show and the fountains of Ceasars Palace. It's central location allows you to walk to the other casinos and so many restaurants nearby.

We loved the shared outdoor couryard. Bugsy and Myers Restaurant gets 5 stars. Amazing staff.
Disappointments were room wear and tear showing aging around grout and caulking.
Major Disappointment was no restaurants that serve a sitdown breakfast. We had to go to a casino across the street for a proper breakfast...

I loved the live flamingo enclosure.
The key access to the elevators was frustrating as the floor button wouldnt always work.

Requested a roll away bed and never received it. Asked for more blankets and pillows and only received blankets. Bathroom did not have any hand soap, shampoo, conditioner or body wash.

We checked into a room that was dirty , several calls to the manger with no response or efforts to fix the problem. Finally someone in housekeeping was able to get our room tidy enough to go to bed after traveling for 12 hours . Will not stay or recommend to a friend . However I do appreciate the housekeeper Dave for trying to correct the issue .

The flamingo is always an easy stay on the strip. We enjoyed everything except for the shower in the room. There was only 1 side of the door with a curtain allowing so much water to flood the floor. The water pressure was turned up so high, it hurt our skin. Other than that everything was great.

No hot water in the morning. I must have wasted several gallons of water waiting for the hot water in the shower. We called but they never showed up. Finally after a few minutes we tried the hot water again and it finally worked. But still no word from the hotel about it. Wasted morning. Also they dont provide extra pillows on the bed. Even at the Doubletree we ger extra pillows. Won't be staying there again.

Pros: Great location, mid-strip and easy access to Monorail.
Cons: They had a pool party at midnight on Friday and Saturday night which was very loud and could be heard in the room, making it difficult to sleep if desired. The desk person who checked me in tried to make it sound like he was doing me favors by "upgrading" me and "helping" me which part of the $54 nightly resort fee, which I didn't fall for.

The flamingo was beautiful.
The only complaints was that there were no maps provided to the surrounding areas and during the stay, there were no room cleaning service done at all!

Perfect location, clean room, nice staff. I want to thank the staff member that checked us in. My son and I was in Vegas for spring break . All he kept saying is that he wanted to see the Sphere otw to Vegas. When checking in I asked her if possible can we get a room with a good view of the Sphere she just gave me a simple ok. When we went to the room and seen the view jaws dropped. She gave us the perfect view. That is what started off our amazing trip and experience for my son. I don't think he will ever forget this experience .Thank you!

The hotel itself is nice and close by to everything, but the front desk wasn’t very helpful during my checkout. Not professional and manager refused to come out to talk to clear things. I wasn’t please this time because of how they handled this during my checkout. When I checked in the staff was very helpful but not when I checked out. I don’t think I would ever return back to this hotel because of the way they handled things unprovoked.

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. Room was not as clean as I’d have liked. And I could smell smoke in my room as if it was coming through the vent.

Resort fee covers “internet access” according to the front desk. Funny thing is, no wifi on 9th floor. Why say “resort fees” if this is not a resort- rooms don’t even have a basic coffee maker or microwave.

Everything with safe and easily accessible. Thr wildlife habitat was nice. There is a lot of walking involved to get back and forth to the parking garage, if you rent a car, other than that it was nice and we had a great time.

overall nice hotel, very good location with great view. Parking is relatively distant and not always available.
The rooms are a little dated yet clean .

Typically we are in Vegas twice a year, we always have stayed at either the Flamingo or Harrah’s. The Flamingo is always my first choice. We love the location, pool and the casino. Will be staying again very soon! 😍

Everything was so nice and I loved how the live flamingos and it was in walking distance to the things we wanted to do the up keep of the property they even washed everything thing down every morning I was there and security was everywhere so I felt very safe

Price wise it’s a goid place to stay if you’re on a budget. If you want more glam and glitz then this is not a good fit. Location and access to many great venues but not impressive as far as service goes don’t expect anyone to go above and beyond here.

We were on floor 28 (top floor) and our bathroom light fixture was leaking water the entire three day trip. There were also trash cans in the hall and wet floor signs so it was clearly a known top floor issue.
Also there were stains on the carpet in the room and on the walls.
Our last stay was better and probably wouldn’t stay at the Flamingo again. Location is the best part of it, but would stay elsewhere on the strip after the issues this time.
