You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The suite has a big living room with a gas fireplace and smart TV on the first floor. On the 2nd floor is a master bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, and a walk-in closet, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Bedroom #2 has a very comfortable queen-size bed, dresser, and closet. Bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed and a closet. There is another full bathroom in the hall.
Also located on the 2nd floor is a Kitchenette/coffee room with a Keurig coffee maker, (Complementary coffee and tea selections) Small fridge filled with water and juices, a microwave, and a table with chairs.
NO STOVE TOP or KITCHEN SINK.
The guests use the main entrance to the house.
Also, there is a separate entrance through the garage which leads to a different section of the house. This is a part of the house located on the first floor where the owners stay when they are occasionally in town. Note this is completely separate from the guest area.

My Stay
Overall the property was great. I personally had a few hiccups that I noticed. The first one was that the property is listed that there is a pool. I didn't see any access to the pool area. The house is sectioned off with the owners living in the downstairs area and they never really bothered us. Most of the time we didn't even know they were there. The other issue that I had was Sunday morning I went to take a shower and even after leaving the water running for about 5 mins to attempt to get it to at least warm water it never did. I don't know if the property owners were taking a shower or had just taken one but even the whole 10 mins that I was trying to take a shower (attempting to get the water warm and while actually showering) it never did get about slightly cold. I would suggest if they are going to stay there they might want to get an electric tankless heater. This should allow the water to get warm and be good for all people in the house. Other than that the property was nice, In a good neighborhood, about 5 miles from the strip and plenty of food places around if you want to get out for a quick bite close tot he location.

Clean and comfortable
The place was clean and comfortable. The host was a good communicator. The house is shared although you will not see the host on your part of the house. I would have been more comfortable with this if we had a lock on our side as well as on their side. Other than that- a pleasant stay - would recommend
