In the heart of the Arcachon basin, in Lanton, the Bluette is fitted out for your comfort and well-being. With a surface area of 150m2, this very bright and single-storey house can accommodate, thanks to its three bedrooms, up to 6 people.
Completely fenced with private parking and garage, the villa has a large 9 x 4 m South-facing salt pool, completely surrounded by a large wooden terrace, you will find garden furniture, hammock and sun loungers to relax, unless you prefer the family beach of Cassy or Taussat 1 km from the house. You can get there by the cycle path (600m) which also goes around the pool, thanks to the two bikes available. Located in a very quiet area, you will find nearby (600m) all amenities: restaurant, bakery, supermarket. Take advantage of the farmer's market and prepare a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen or outside with the gas plancha or the barbecue. You will appreciate the large living room, which opens onto the garden. It is topped by a large mezzanine where you will find a rest and relaxation area for young and old, as well as a well-stocked library. The bedrooms are fitted with new high quality bedding and memory foam mattresses. (two bedrooms with 160 * 200 bed, one modular bedroom with two 90 * 200 beds). For your comfort, household linen is provided.

Take advantage of your stay to discover the large ocean beaches of Cap Ferret, the small picturesque oyster harbors of the Arcachon basin. Take the boat to admire the tainted huts and the bird island. Cross the pool to taste an ice cream at Arcachon and climb the famous Dune du Pyla. A little further Bordeaux and its vineyards await you.
In the late season, the house is just as pleasant. There is no shortage of leisure activities, golf is 4 km away, and the balneotherapy and spa center is 2 km away. and why not enjoy a nice soaring in the insert fireplace after an invigorating stroll in the protected area of Certes-Graveyron.
