Just what we needed, with an early flight from Heathrow. Only surprise and disappointment was when we discovered that their shuttle only comes once an hour AND we each had to pay 6.5 GBP per ride. In the US, shuttles are free unless noted. Otherwise, everyone and everything was great.

Smoking directly outside of lobby which could be smelt inside bar. Very noisy from patrons slamming doors. In room condiments were very limited. Bar and restaurant facilities were excellent and staff were extremely helpful and polite.

No major issues other than giving us a room that had ‘forgotten’ to be cleaned and made up, bathroom wasn’t very nice….. didn’t really cause us much trouble other than returning to the check in desk and getting another room. Club lounge was very good, although get in there early as it gets busy, plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Food was good, a variety of sandwiches, cold meats and hot canapés. Overall not a bad hotel and would actually recommend

It was a short stay. Receptionist was quite unfriendly as if she did not want us there and it was both during check in and check out. She completely spoiled the overall experience. There was another manager who was pleasant to talk to.
