Great location beautiful town. Accommodations are small, dark and very dated. Safe and secure but dose not have a good holiday vibe.

Very disappointed in this cabin. Very small compared to others we have stayed in and annoyed that our pup wasn’t welcome although advertised as pet friendly. Asked for extra milk….not a huge request for $130 per night but was denied and told we don’t replenish the complimentary supplies. Other parks will supply every day if requested. Won’t be booking again.

Hi Brian,As explained our policy states you must contact the property regarding pets to ensure you are in a pet friendly cabin as some people have allergies. I'm sorry you felt we should replace milk daily as I did explain it was a complementary starter kit as you had booked a self contained apartment.

The holiday park was a bit out of town. The room facility was old like in the 90s. It could be a bit noisy if people are using communal kitchen. It wasn't walkable to the main town from this motel. The highlight of this place is they have a bunk bed available and my children were very excited.

Cabin had no bath towels, no shower curtain-water spilled on the floor! Reverse cycle heating was inefficient. TV reception bad. However otherwise the cabin was clean & well furnished as expected for the price

No tea towels, no pan scrub, the one in the cupboard was worn out - I had to ask for same. Cabin cramped with tv high on fridge. Car parking outside was cramped with backward manoevres needed to get out....all this because we were in a dog friendly cabin. The best thing about it was it was in Lakes entrance - just.

Clean and comfortable accommodation that is very handy as a half way stop when travelling from Melbourne to NSW. Complex has good parking, is a short walk to shops and is dog friendly.

Basic Accomodation
The standard of the accomodation was as advertised, basic. The bed was clean and comfortable but the pillows were too soft. I normally take my own pillow. The lounge suite was in need of replacement and I needed to open the door into the bathroom to give me enough rom to comfortably dry myself after my shower. Adequate for an overnight stay.

Peter, the co-owner, was very helpful and welcoming on our arrival, and we found the standard cabin accommodation met all of our needs. The queen bed was very comfortable with good quality linen, the lounge suite was small but very comfy, the kitchen was fairly well stocked although it could’ve done with some more cutlery, crockery and utensils including a serrated knife for cutting up vegetables and a bread knife. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was excellent. There is an air conditioner in bedroom that kept us very comfortable at night, and being opposite the main waterway provided lovely walking areas to enjoy the views. Having a swimming pool and a games room added to the experience as we’re both keen 8-ball and table tennis players, and all areas were in good condition. We would have no hesitation in coming back again and give it 4/5 stars.

First room had ants, so I saw the manager about it she gave is a up stairs room instead it was dirty and all so we found bugs we differently will not be back it's not worth the money we paid

Seriously, are you are after a refund, attention or just out to destroy a business.You stated you are a cleaner maybe look at your own reviews before complaining on every social media platform about our complex. You stayed the whole weekend lets not forget that.
