Very bad experience with the person managed the accommodation. She rang me to ask my credit card number including the three digit pin a week before we arrived, when I raised my concern, she became very impatient and hung up on me twice. On the arrival day, we were told the check in time was not 2:00pm , but whatever time the house keeper finished cleaning. After some argument between us, The access code was sent 2:15pm . We know and understand sometimes things may be out of control , but the way she communicated with us was absolutely not helpful. And it seemed to me that she’s the only person I could talked to. Tried to ring Expedia to make a complaint, but no one could help. I have been using Expedia for many years, never happened before, Very disappointed. The house was what we expected.
