Hi Josee, Thank you for your stay with us and your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to respond with regards to our noise guidelines. We ask that noise from any source to be kept to a minimum especially before 8am and after 10pm. When we do a security and park lighting check between 9.30pm and 10pm, we keep an ear out for any audible noise coming from the villas that may disturb other guests. If this is noticed we politely remind the guest that the noise level needs to be kept down from now on, which on occasion may be earlier than 10pm. We are sorry that this negatively impacted on the overall score of your stay and apart from this, we hope that you enjoyed the rest of your stay with us.

Hi Susan, thanks for choosing to stay here and for taking the time to let us know your thoughts. It’s great to receive 4/5. We appreciate your feedback as it provides us with an opportunity to respond. Like most holiday parks, housekeeping isn’t included which is reflected in the tariff, however, a complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, milk, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc is part of the package. In saying this though, we would have been more than happy to restock some of these items if you had let us know as we want all our guests to have a wonderful stay here with the intention to return one day. Thanks again and best wishes for the festive season from all the team here.

We were so disappointed to see this review, our team work hard in always presenting all areas of our park in its very best light. Usually our guests find plenty to see and do, having swimming pools, a playground, indoor games room, tv and movie room, pedal go kart hire, tennis and basketball facilities and a BBQ area all onsite, and there are also a huge number of local attractions close by, but are sorry that this was not the case for you. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, however we would have been very happy to help rectify the situation during your stay as we always hope that our valued guests have the best time during their time with us and are sorry that this was not bought to our attention then. We have since had our team do a thorough check and replacement of some of the cooking items in your villa. We wish you well for your onward and future travels.
