3 bedroom lake-view villa at Southern Dunes golf and country club which is available for you and your family to rent. This home with private pool benefits from an outstanding plot overlooking a lake in this secure, gated golf estate close to Disney and all the central Florida attractions. Shops and restaurants are close by and there is a 24 hour Walmart within walking distance from the main gates. New free wireless broadband internet access included. Southern Dunes - A great golfing holiday location close to Disney. Southern Dunes is situated on highway 27, close to interstate 4 and highway 192. We are close to shops, restaurants and of course the theme parks. The beautiful gulf coast beaches are only 90 minutes drive away.

Good experience.
2nd time renting this house. Plenty of room for the two of us and for occasional guests. Lovely view of the lake. While the appliances are older, they all worked fine. Some minor mould around the tub in the bathroom off the master bedroom. Wish the TV was larger for the sake of our older eyes. Great location. Overall, we were very pleased with the house and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent in Southern Dunes

This is the second year weve rented this house and loved it both times! Definitely plan on renting again. Very convenient location. House has everything you need and with walmart and aldis just outside the community stocking up is easy as pie!

This property was clean and spacious. Exactly what we were looking for. It could use a few small repairs/upgrades but overall we were extremely satisfied. It served its purpose and the boys loved having a private pool.

Property was perfect for us and our two young boys. We had nearby family over with their three young kids and infant. They all had a blast in the pool and it was great having a playpen to set the baby in during the chaos of getting five children changed in or out of their swim suits. Great location for quick shopping at Walmart just outside the gate.

The house was good though in need of some minor TLC. There are places that need a fresh coat of paint. The information online about the house led me to believe that bathroom linens were provided; however, what was provided was 1 bath towel in each bathroom. Thus, I had to purchase additional bathroom linens. I would recommend some instructions on the tv. It took me a while to figure out which remote turned the tv on and how to change the channels. I also had to figure out how to use the oven, probably because the stove appears to be a little older. It would have been nice to be able to turn on the ceiling fan in the living room as it was quite warm in the house while I was there.

Cockroaches in dishwasher. Killed cockroaches in dishwasher on 3 mornings. Black bugs crawling on kitchen counter near sink in mornings. We only ate breakfasts in condo which consisted of milk and cereal. Was surprised at foreign currency charge on my credit card statement. Property is located in U S, price quoted in dollars when I selected the property. No mention of this fee at time I selected it. This should be an expense of the property owner.
