The room and staff were great but the casino/food options are dated though. Resort fee was about $20 per night and seemed to include just basic Wi-Fi. The room is only cleaned upon checkout also which was disappointing.

We liked our Lake view room, it was quite roomy. We ate in the top floor restaurant with magnificent views, food & service were good. The only negative is a large construction project going on just next door. Also i would recommend better signage for how to find the entrance for check-.

The exterior of the property as well as the registration entrance and casino areas needs major revamping/remodeling. The rooms were nicely updated.

Stayed at room 458. No electrical outlet by the beds and the USB charging cables coming out of the phone did not work. Had to plug phone charger by TV. The water diverter switch at bathtub didn't work and stuck in shower position.

Check in only had one person working with 60 people in line. Room had no drinking water, no fridge, drawers missing. Shower water pressure was brutally painful with no way to adjust. Overnight parking price was more than advertised. But all of the staff was kind.

I ran out of toilet paper at night time requested it and never came now it’s 7 am I called again and I been on a 1 hour wait and so far nothing yet .. went to the lobby and they said they don’t have nun there smh the room are really nice but service is horrible

Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The hidden fees were a shocker. Apparently I didn’t read the fine print. $20 per day for parking and $29.50 per day resort fee!! That’s an extra $49.50 PER DAY! They gave us a room next to the elevators plus loud music played until the wee hours so we didn’t get much sleep. We also forgot that with it being in Nevada smoking was allowed on the property. Won’t stay there again.

Liked the room with a lake view (even partial was great since there were mountains from one side and a lake from another). The only bummer was that the hot tub didn't work... it would be a great rest after snowboarding

Did not like the fact the rooms are a little worned out, very limite outlets and the one that was it was broken, no refrigerator, no microwave for the price we pay for night its not worth it. The arcade for kids most machines are broken, not very family friendly place.

Upcharged the minute we valeted the car. We booked Expedia for the deal but went up to $140 per night with races, fees valets, hotel fee and room upgrade charge. The escalators did not even work entire stay. Excellent check in process and I checked myself out automated car kiosk. The worst was my undercooked $250 dinner at Hell’s Kitchen, with overcooked scallops. My husband loved his, I could barely touch my beef wellington. The server ignored my request for medium well and then talked to me like I was a child who did not understand meat temps. We did not care if filo was burned but she refused to recook it, which was awkward. A brunette, with a basic name: She only gave service to tables drinking and could care less about us. Nothing like a rude server to ruin your husbands special birthday dinner. Hotel in general had several issues with basic areas, I guess you get what u pay for. A very outdated feel and in casino women’s restrooms, yikes. Rooms were cozy, but no bath tub.
