Good beach in front of ocean. Front desk service is very good. Condo was well equipped with utensils. Mesmerizing view of the ocean from the room. I could see sea turtle and whale from the ocean. There are rock formation in front of hotel where turtle come to feed sea weed. You can always found turtles on the beach.

The property is beautiful and the view from our room was amazing! The Kuerig gave us some trouble, not easy to use. No salt and pepper. Only one roll of paper towels. Little stuff that added up.

Beautiful setting right on the water. The best view of all the resorts in Ka’anapali. Friendly staff. We had a broken washer in our unit, but the maintenance guys had it fixed the next day. Turtles all day long right in front of the resort. Whales all over the place.

The location of the resort on the beach is wonderful. The view from our room was amazing. We saw Whales coming up and when on the beach saw many turtles. The pool area was well kept and access to the beach was quite easy. The room has an amazing view and was very spacious. However, our unit was really outdated. The bathrooms need a lot of work. The showers have mold. Under the glasses on all the tables were dirt and dust. It seemed like it had not been cleaned for a long time. There is a shopping area and restaurants within walking distance but not particularly decent quality. You need a car to go to other places. We would stay here again if there were improvements to the rooms, especially the bathrooms.

First time staying here & definitely recommend. It was very clean & right by all of the other hotels in kaanapali. Short walk to the beach area where you can swim. Other reviews say every room is different so i was worried about the condition of the room but was surprised it was updated & comfortable. Will stay here again

We love the site of this hotel; the views are amazing. It’s quiet. There’s no daily fee for parking. Sitting out on the property to watch whales and sun all day is amazing; the snorkeling about 100 yards down the beach is really good too. Unfortunately the actual rooms are falling into disrepair: broken furniture, stained/old furniture and linens, holes in the tile and drywall. We stayed here twice and the first time it was immaculate; the second time it was pretty rough.

Property is very nice. Clean units. Great service. Beautiful views off large lanai. Floor to ceiling windows. Water and beach are steps from you and walking trails right from hotel to eating and shopping.

We loved our stay here! This is a nicely secluded property away from the larger chains and extremely close to the beach for access. Our 2 bedroom suite was very tastefully furnished and the kitchen was very functional allowing us to have a very pleasant stay and vacation.

Building sits directly on the beach, about 30 feet of light sand trailing into coral reef. Absolutely breathtaking views from our corner unit on the fourth floor. Rainbows every day! Able to frequently watch big sea turtles in the reef facing complex as well and whales and dolphins in the distance. Entire place very clean and tidy upon arrival. Tile and hardwood floors throughout. Modern kitchen and appliances. Solid, heavy, and secure front door with coded lock. Friendly and helpful staff available 24 hours. Nice tennis court. Heated swimming pool and hot tub facing ocean. Building located across street from grocery store plaza with various gourmet Food trucks stationed in lot in between, open at lunchtime, and then again in the evening. 10/10 for vacation ease and accessibility. Centrally located to walk or drive to many adjacent beaches. We had an absolutely fantastic week!

Stunning views of the ocean and whales very close to the shore. Very quiet and private areas beautiful walk on the gorgeous Kaanapali beach on both directions. Staff was welcoming and ready to meet our needs at any hour. Cleaning service every 3 days. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful location and right on the beach. Great for whale watching. Our room was to be cleaned every four days. It was cleaned only once even after we had spoken with three different people at the front desk.

Best view on Maui. This review is a bit of a challenge for me. For us this is 5 star just because of the view, staff and location. That being said, the room we had was in desperate need of some upgrades. Paint and some new furniture would make this place breathetaking. As that was not important to us, it didn't change how we felt about the property. The condo is equipped with everything you could need. A 5 minute walk to literally anything you could want. If you want 5 star luxury this is probably not the place for you. If you want coffee on the lanai with a view that is right off a postcard you found what you are looking for. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in the 1203.it had a beautiful view of the ocean. The waves sounds were very soothing and relaxing. The property is on the beach, but you need to walk a block to the south as there is rocks in front of it. Dukes restaurant is only a block away. Times supermarket is 3 blocks away.

All around excellence: the view is amazing, location is perfect- grocery store nearby, restaurant next door, beach steps away, pool and spa very inviting, fully stocked kitchen. well maintained property, best views.. all rooms have ocean views to the living room and bedrooms and outside the hallway has mountain views. location is walkable to several shops and restaurants. Quiet and very clean property. u got a full kitchen, laundry 2 bathrooms and all appliances that helps you with your road trips.

The room had bugs in the kitchen and bathroom area. The room was ok. The customer service was good ok. The pool was empty majority of the time. There is a shower outside the pool area which is great if you are coming from the beach back to room. Restaurants near the hotel.

On early Saturday morning at 7:20am there were people outside of my bedroom cleaning the windows. No early notices were given. I complained to the front desk. Their initial response was for me to contact the building association. It was not a pleasant situation or professional communication.

The room was perfect. The view from our room was exactly what we had hoped for. Location was excellent. We snorkeled and swam right down from our room. We saw turtles one afternoon and dolphins out following the boats another day. The water was beautiful and calm and perfect for enjoying a day on the beach.

This is a nice hotel that has a terrific view of the ocean and sunsets are spectacular! The staff was very nice and helpful. Parking and access to local grocery store was nice. I love how close the hotel is to the water. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel - beware of beach!
My family and I had a very comfortable stay - the units are a bit outdated but otherwise fantastic. The view of the ocean is stunning from the room. The beach below is not swimmable but there is a spot to swim a few minutes walk from the hotel. However, I want to caution that the currents can be very strong here. I was snorkeling there and got swept away by a rip current without realizing it and ended up nearly a half mile from the beach. I came very close to drowning. Please be careful swimming in this area, as there are no lifeguards!
