“The Townie” is the only home like it in LaGrange GA. Renovated in 2022, one level, perfect location in downtown LaGrange. This home is situated in a safe, clean, popular neighborhood within walking distance to LaGrange's downtown favorites! The Thread walking trail is located nearby right around the corner! Shops, restaurants, movie theater, breweries, coffee shops, and Sweetland Amphitheater, LaGrange college, many churches and local businesses are all less than a mile away, and an enjoyable walk getting there. West Point lake is nearby for those who enjoy boating and fishing tournaments! There are many lake access points within 3 miles of The Townie. We know our home is perfect for visitors of LaGrange or working professionals and has much more space to offer than that of a hotel.

Well suited for families, couples, or singles looking for a residential property... walk into a bright, light beautiful open floor plan and comfortable living room seating, dining table for 8, and a 55" wall mounted smart flat screen TV. One of the best features is the Apple HomePod! Siri operates both music and lights in the home! "Hey Siri, turn out all lights, hey Siri play ..." It’s wonderful for entertaining, cooking, and gathering.

This home has 2 bedrooms, and 1 full bath (there is a bonus half bath in garage which does come in handy). The house and location were ideal! Close to our event location, and within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the property, and enjoyed the ability to walk and explore the neighborhood, including walking on The Strand. We loved the spacious, updated kitchen and the comfortable bedrooms. The house is tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to be back.

My kids and myself enjoyed our stay at the townie. Beautiful home and close to many locations Great wolf lodge, wildlife safari etc. I just did not like all the bees around the house we were unable to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

My daughter and I were in LaGrange for a tennis tournament less than a mile from this property. It was an exhausting weekend and this house was the perfect place to refresh. Spent most of our time in the very comfortable beds. They have LOTS of rules about cleanliness and ZERO helpful extras in the kitchen (no salt and pepper or oil or anything), but we didn’t have the time to be able to cook anything so it didn’t affect our trip. The house and yard are surprisingly big and would be a great place to spend a spring day.

Stayed here for a Baseball Tournament at the beginning of June and the house was less than 5 miles from the event center. The house was very clean and the layout was nice. The beds in the twin bed room are very very high off of the ground - worried the little one would roll out and fall on the floor but thankfully no issues with that. The ironing board is built in the wall in area off the kitchen - in a small closet - appears to be original to the house - took me 2 days to find it so just passing that along for others. Loved the wash machine and dryer because it made it easy to wash and dry the baseball uniforms on Saturday for Sunday. The closet organizer in the master bedroom is really nice. Loved the location and its proximity to everything - would like to stay again when I can enjoy the house and the area and not just use it for a place to crash after being in the heat all day at the ball fields.

We rented The Townie to take the kids to Great Wolf Lodge. The property was a comfortable option for us with modern decor and high end linens. Nestled amongst a lovely historic neighborhood- near downtown area with plenty of dining/shopping options. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if we ever decided to return to LaGrange.

We enjoyed our stay at The Townie. This is one of those homes where you walk in and instantly feel at home. It has all of the old charm appeal with modern furnishings. Beautifully decorated and very cozy. The bed and linens were top notch and oh so comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and lovely. Perfectly situated in Lagrange, downtown is literally minutes away, with lots of restaurants and wonderful little shops. I would definitely stay here again when visiting. Highly recommended!

This home was perfect for our daughters graduation from Lagrange College. The beds were comfy, beautifully decorated and in a great area of town. Having a second potty was very helpful also. The back deck was cozy and well lit. Owner is currently updating appliances in kitchen.

We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated and comfy home. We were visiting LaGrange for my son’s baseball tournament in which all the hotels in the area were booked. I’m so glad they were or we would never found this lovely home. It felt like a home away from home! The house was spotless, spacious and comfy, it was in a great area near restaurants and the field. Crystal was a great host, consistently checking in. If you’re in need of a place to call home for a couple days or week or more in LaGrange you should definitely stay here!!!!
