Just 50 m from the "Le Mickey" ski lift and 100 m from the Aravet cable car, this accommodation offers direct ski-in, ski-out access. The extension, adjoining the main residence, offers vacation rentals: a ground floor for 4 guests and an upper floor with balcony for 6 guests.



Enjoy mountain and slope views. A private ski locker is available for your equipment. Shops and activities are 300 m away, with many options nearby: climbing, kayaking, indoor and outdoor pools, horse riding, swimming, tennis, cinema, and chairlift.



The owners will be happy to welcome you. In summer, explore marked mountain bike trails, the Monêtier-les-Bains thermal baths 8 km away, stream fishing, or visit Lake Savine and the Serre-Ponçon dam with its museum (1 hour away). The "La Montagne aux Marmottes" animal park and many hiking trails start directly from the property. Italy is 30 minutes away, Turin 1 hour, and Briançon with its old town and UNESCO-listed Vauban forts are easily accessible. An adventure park is 1 km away, Lake Pontillas 1 km, and the La Grave cable car 15 km.
