Hôtel bien situé dans l'hyper centre. Chambre spacieuse avec une literie confortable. Le moins reste qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel n'étant pas tout jeune et donc mériterait un peu de rafraîchissement et de modernisme.

Hôtel trop cher pour les prestations proposées
Hôtel très cher pour les prestations proposées. Accueil insatisfaisant faisant planer le doute sur la volonté de recevoir des voyageurs. Le parking est compliqué à trouver (il serait bien de recevoir les indications avant l’arrivée) La vétusté des meubles dans la chambre nous laisse penser que cet hôtel est resté figé dans les années 80/90. Qualité du matelas passable. La rue est extrêmement bruyante à cause des pavés, de la circulation et des personnes (personnel y compris) qui parlent en dessous des fenêtres jusque tard dans la nuit. Le réveil est annoncé à 7H quoi qu’il arrive avec le son de la cloche de l’église à côté (certains apprécieront). Pour cause COVID, pas Climatisation et ce même quand les nuits sont à plus de 20 degrés (aucune autre solution proposée) service du petit déjeuner en chambre pour éviter les contacts (petit déjeuner express (1 boisson chaude, 1 froide, 2 mini viennoiseries, 2 mini baguettes avec beurre et confiture, 1 fruit). Disponibilité de se restaurer au restaurant en réservant à l’avance, les prestations sont bonnes pour un prix convenable (30€ entrée, plat, dessert)

Le personnel de l’hôtel n'est pas à remettre en cause dans la mauvaise qualité de séjour passé dans cet hôtel soit disant 3*. en effet le personnel est accueillant, prévenant, et serviable, toutefois.....Il est inacceptable et inadmissible d'oser proposer des chambres avec 1 lit simple d'une surface de vie de 7m2 auxquels s'ajoutent les 2,5m2 de dégagement (photos disponibles si nécessaire) la salle de douche est exiguë et sa porte d'entrée fait à peine 60 cms de large il suffit de compter les carreaux au sol). Les murs sont phoniquement mal isolés, à tel point que votre voisin entend votre téléviseur quand il est à la moitié de son volume sonore. pour le restaurant, c'est correct, mais est ce une question de pas de chance, obligé de retourner en cuisine un filet de bar de 15 cms par 1 cm qui n'etait pas cuit (constaté par la serveuse, particulièrement gênée par l'évidence). Le petit déjeuner est proportionnellement médiocre par rapport au prix, bien qu'encore une fois servi par un personnel sympathique. Enfin pour terminer, il est surprenant de se voir proposé une entrée gratuite au spa de l’hôtel des loges de l'autre coté de la rue mais de se voir notifié que l’accès à la salle de sport de l’hôtel n'est accessible que si l'on doit accéder au spa de l’hôtel. je n'ai pas changé d’hôtel parce que j'avais enregistré tardivement ma réservation sur hotels.com et que j'aurais pu être débité si je n'avais pris cette nuit.
