T2 new apartment on the third and last floor in a secure residential area in the heart of Ile Rousse and 300 m from beaches.
You will find all the necessary comfort for a good stay up to 4 people with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine. But also equipped with TV flat screen TNT. A terrace with sea and mountain communicating with a bedroom with a bed 160 cm. In a convertible lounge is available for 2 people. Bathroom and toilet separated. Apartment completely climatisé.le towels and linens are provided.

Appartement spacieux pour un T2, lumineux, bien agencé, meublé avec goût, bien situé, à 5 mn à pieds du centre ville et des plages. La place de parking privée est un gros avantage.Très belle vue sur la mer et les montagnes. On ne se sent pas dans un appartement de location impersonnel. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et très sympathique. A recommander sans aucun problème.

Appartement très agréable perché sur les hauteurs de l'île Rousse. Il dispose d'un salon relativement spacieux donnant sur un petit balcon pour profiter de la vue magnifique qui est offerte. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée, permettant de cuisiner en toute quiétude, tandis que la chambre dispose d'un lit large, d'un imposant dressing et d'un accès au balcon. Le voisinage est discret dans cette copropriété, où vous disposerez de votre place de parking privée, ainsi que d'un accès piétonnier direct vers le centre ville. L'appartement dispose en outre de tout le nécessaire pour vous épanouir durant votre séjour. Les propriétaires sont quant à eux très serviables et avenants. En bref, préparez vous à un petit séjour de rêve au bord de la plage.
