I had a great nights sleep as the bed was really comfy. I was due to check out the next day but got sick so the staff arranged for me to stay another night with absolutely no fuss whatsoever. I'll be staying here for sure next time I'm in Kyabram.

Close to main services. Lovely staff.
Very nice motel. Close to everything you need, including a fantastic takeaway food shop across the road. It has all the usual features. A nice, eco friendly touch, is providing large bottles of bathroom toiletries instead of little sachets.

The mould in the shower recess and floor tiles Were stickey under foot. No hand towels, no soap fortunately I bring my own soap. The sheets and towels very clean.

Staff not helpful when asked questions regarding meals. Room had maintenance issues ( leaking shower head and bath fittings). Fridge needed defrosting. Grounds and pool area very neglected. Good feature - comfortable bed!

Front Window blind was broken. Bathroom window very dirty with cobwebs. Fridge needed de icing really bad.

Needs to be renovated. Mould in shower area, requires good cleaning. Even the TV was old and outdated. Don’t provide any sort of meals. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The BEST BED EVER!
Had memories of staying at Kyabram Motor Inn almost 30yrs ago and found some changes had obviously taken place! Although not as modern as some, I found the room to be tidy & comfortable. Basics ticked, it wasn't until I was settling for the night when I came to lie on the bed - OMG, this would have to be THE BEST bed I have ever slept in. EVER! I only wish I had pulled back the sheets to find out what make it was. Duh!

Great location walking distance to town. Large room with all required comforts. Cooling was great too and nice and quiet. Everything you need in room. Have stayed before for family events and would stay again. On request the Kyabram Club colllected us from the hotel as well.

The overall condition of the outside areas especially the pool area was not well maintained. The glass pool fence was very dirty and the area around the pool was very messy. Inside room needed a good clean above the normal service.

The room was brilliant but although the staff were friendly enough, when I am on holiday I like to have things done for me like having my room cleaned and getting some sort of breakfast in the mornings. None of this happened which was a bit disappointing
