there was one Indian stuff when i arrived the hotel on 2 am, he is luck of customer service no i idea how to deal with customer. there is a lot of problem with him he tried to let me leave the hotel, bad treat bad speak.the cleans of hotel was very bad alt of insecting insectحشرات قارصة .. alt and a lot it was relay be experience

Hotel is old and not maintained. Bed mattresses are as hard as the floor and I am not kidding . Bathrooms are filthy and not clean. Overall not a recommended place to anyone o stay there

At the first day of our 10-day stay there i went to the reception complaining about the state of our room and their response was "we gave you one of the best rooms we have" If you need a cheap place near to Kuwait city to crash for a few days you can consider this one.

nice hotel close to downtown, beach d supermarket
centered hotel close to everything , the beach is 5 min walk as the supermarket. downtown kuweit city is 5 min by car , the amenities are good and they have a indoor pool which is a plus
