No lift & main heart of kuta street 10 minutes away from kuta beach they given breakfast only bread tost 2 good swimming pool nice ac too.

Mixed experience
+: -Close to centre of Legian (walking distance to Sky Garden) -Cold A/C, nice bed -: - Noisy - on my last night the engine/compressor sound keep me awake - Stained bathroom and smelly. Water faucet wasn't working properly. Might work if you mostly stay there for Legian nightlife. It's cheap and the location is great. For me though, I still want to be able to sleep and go to the beach in the morning.

Could not be worse
terrible experience in overall. Dirty place , the bathroom was disgusting , under the bed full of rubbish , I the middle of the night drunk people trying to open my door inform reception but that people don't care, after you pay they just act as they don't understand you anymore.

Great location and Staff
I stay at restu regularly and recommend it to my friends. Great location and the staff and management is fantastic, they always make me feel like I'm coming home. I generally stay budget which still provides comfort and great basic facilities. It is an older hotel but for what you pay is well worth it. Close to everything in Kuta and easy for transport. Thanks to all my friends at Restu xxx

Quiet Hotel in the heart of Kuta
Hotel has lovely surrounds and 2 pools - one large one at the rear. There is a need to have some pool lounges as there were only 2 and one was broken. The room was nice and clean but very small. Bathroom was a good size especially the shower - has a modern feel. Staff were pleasant and left us alone. There are chairs and a table out the front of the room on the ground floor - nice to sit and have a drink outside.

Basic but cheap hotel
Basic but cheap hotel right in the heart of Legian, only metres from the memorial. Bathroom was modern with a shower and glass door. Could have been cleaner and was rarely warm as they appeared to only have solar. Cloudy days, no hot water. Towels were good. The main room had good sized television with good channels, cold fridge with no pesky mini bar. Sheets were stained but clean. Breakfast was very basic with only the noodles being edible. No eggs or bacon. 2 pools, one did not look healthy but other one at the back was great. One sun lounge and 4 dodgy chairs to sit in meant you did not stay around the pool long. Money changer with good rate attached to hotel. Front desk very helpful and wifi worked everywhere. Stayed 9 nights and had one night of disco music until all hours.

No WiFi in the rooms!
Great location, good and clean room. There is now WiFi in the rooms, but you can use Internet in the lobby. Breakfast is not worth of your time to wake up. Only some fruits, bread and rice.

Rooms are very very dirty -stay elsewhere
Reception staff are very nice and friendly. Once we checked in the room we discovered very disturbing and disgusting stains all over the quilt cover, we got it replaced with a cover that at least looked like it had been laundered but still had several stains on it. The rooms may have had a 20 second sweep but everything looked very dirty even urine in the toilet from previous guest or from the cleaner? Lots of mosquitos in the room, this was the only hotel we stayed at in indonesia that we had this problem? The tv was good with a good selection of channels. The restaraunt was ok priced but very simple and basic foods. Pools looked nice except were partly dirty, The spa looked disgusting and not in use at the time of our visit. Hotel is located in the middle of the nightclub area so not the most pleasent of areas to stay in,but no problem with noise. My recommendation is to stay somewhere else as there are many many far better options where at least they clean your rooom properly.

Relax after Australia
We stayed one week in this hotel. The location is direct in the centre of Kuta and noisy. But if you enter the hotel you feel different in an lovely environment with two nice swimming pools and lot of plants. The staff has been everytime really pleasant. We liked it really there.

Stayed here through Nyepi. Government blocks all television during this day, but the hotel was kind enough to put dvds on the tvs through the day.

An oasis in the heart of Legian!
Hotel was superb and staff went out of their way with courtesy in everything and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable in every respect. Very Balinese hotel - an oasis with all nightlife and shopping in Legian literally outside the entrance. 5 min walk to Legian Beach, 3-4 min taxi ride (approx £1) to Kuta Beach or about 15 minute walk and a multitude of shops/pubs on the way. Entrance to hotel very deceiving - very plain/simple, yet opens into a tropical oasis of folliage with butterflies and squirrels and 2 swimming pools, plus 2 for childeren and a jacuzzi. No noise whatever from the bustle of Legian just outside!! Wi-fi non-existent in rooms (Deluxe) as they are too far from reception (showed as out of range), but no real issue at all for me and, when needed, it was excellent in Reception/Lobby area. Will most certainly stay their again, and recommend without hesitation. Only possible downside is breakfast not really suited to Western tourists...really only toast and tea/coffee, although plenty of rice,noodles etc, etc. Again, not any major issue as any substantial Western type breakfast is obtainable within yards outside hotel at 50,000 Rupiah (approx £2.50)!!!

Location, Location, Location
Staff were very friendly from the time I was picked up from the airport (free transfer) to the time I departed. I booked a deluxe room with breakfast - I only went to breakfast once as I like to "mix" it up for breakfast. The room was huge - loved it!!! No window in the bathroom, but wasn't a huge concern as there was a fan when you turned the light on. I really enjoyed my stay with the Restu crew and I would definitely consider staying there again. It's an old style Bali hotel - friendly, great atmosphere, and the location was fabulous - I walked everywhere - so close to great bars, restaurants, spa's & shopping. For a great affordable price - this place doesn't disappoint!!!

Skruttigt.Tveksamma pooler, mest lokalbefolkning badar med kläderna på. Toalettartiklar bestod av vatten, tvål och förvaringspåse för dambindor. Ingen hiss. Frukost-buffe två trappor upp i en skranglig trappa med kraftig avloppslukt. Ägg kostar extra. Receptionen endast bemannad stundtals.. Rummet 21,7 kvm mot brochyrens 25kvm. Hårda madrasser. Magvärk till och från, upphörde när jag slutat äta frukost på hotellet trots att jag betalt för det.

清潔感のある、部屋。
飛行機の待ち時間の為に利用しましたが、部屋はスーペリアで、写真よりも、とても狭かったです。プールも、入りたくなる様な感じではなかったですが、とても、清潔感があり、よかったです。立地も何もかも近くにあるので、便利です。

The hotel is in a good position, it's nice and the rooms are cute. Of course is not a luxury hotel and there are some lacks with cleaning. If you want silence this is not the place, but I would say that Kuta is never quiet

Excelente hotel
Nos hospedamos dos veces en este hotel. La primera fuimos a una habitación superior realmente espectacular muy cómoda y limpia. La segunda vez era una habitación estandar que llegamos y tenía mucho olor a humedad y bastante fea, hablamos en la recepción e inmediatamente nos pasaron a otra muy buena. Hotel altamente recomendado, muy buena ubicación.

The room was dirty and the housekeeper didn't change the bedsheets, there were some biscuits inside the drawer. And the table wasn't cleaned properly. Everything just dirty. Really out of my expectations and I won't stay there again!
