Propery and pool were kept very clean. Room was very clean. Pool staff always made sure we had everything we needed. Always ate in restaurant on the premises. Room price was very resonable. Would definitely stay here next time!

Be very careful if you stay here. They will overcharge you. Do not stay here. There is a reason the price is low. They try to make it up in other charges. Avoid.

Beware, they will charge you to replace their old furnishings that fail after normal usage. If something stops working in the room they will demand you buy a new item. I was forced to pay 5 times the room rate to replace a 10 year old, chipped, mouldy, filthy toilet seat! How can you misuse a toilet seat? Take videos of everything when you check in. But I would not stay here.

The staff are exceptionly polite, the lady that cleans the floors and said hello to me if ever I saw her in my movements about, once even waved to me in the pool, No!! it was not a " want to get to know you wave", it was just a simple acknowledgement wave, but genuinely touched me. I very highly recommend this Hotel , cost to service and amenities is exceptional and very affordable. The breakfast is excellent as well.

The Grand La Walon is in a perfect location as it is central to everything in the Legian area. It is close to the beach, shopping & many restaurants. Thw hotel is very clean & has a great pool area. The staff are all professional, friendly & very accommodating. Our family had 3 rooms on our Nov/Dec 2023 trip & we all had an amazing time. We will definitely be returning to The Grand La Walon

周りにレストランがたくさんあって便利です。お部屋は古い割に清潔でしたが、他の方の口コミにあった通り下水の臭いがするので、臭いが気になる人は避けた方がよいです。 事前にホテルに連絡をした上で、チェックインの数日前に荷物を預けに行きましたが、情報共有されていなかったのか、対応した男性が理解するのに時間がかかりました。その男性スタッフは荷物を預かった証拠として私の写真を撮りましたが、普通では考えられない対応だと思います。 後日ホテルからreconfirmのメールに返信した時に、その時の対応についてと、きちんと荷物を預かってもらえているか質問をしましたが回答はありませんでした。結局荷物は無事に受け取ることができたのですか、とても気持ちが悪かったです。 女性のスタッフは親切でした。

We recently stay here and not not expect more than a clean bed. The team working were wonderful even at our 1 am check in. Took our bags to room make sure we were good to go The daily breakfast was great. Fresh fruit, bacon eggs anyway cooked to order juice ect The pool was great really clean and well maintained.
