When we reach the hotel,there was no bellboy coming over to help us with our family of 5,luckily we had a nice driver who helped us with our luggage.
When we tried to check in at 3.30pm for the 2 collection rooms,the reception staff told us that the 2 rooms was no ready even though the checkin time is at 2pm.we waited at the lounge area for more than an hour before the room was ready.I think the management and service doesn’t meet the 5stars requirements n standards.it is not hotel friendly.
We booked the collection club premier double double,which I don’t think the room can fit 4 unless young children.I have 3 teenagers whereas one of them have to sleep on the sofa.
For the collection club premier king,although it’s located at level 4,I don’t recommend for those who are light sleepers.u can hear the vehicles sound at 11plus at every night.
