Outstanding variety at breakfast, including some of the best croissants we have ever eaten. Also, the concierge staff, including Chia, Kapau, Khai, Liton, and Rohaizat, were especially helpful concerning transportation and other advice. We used both cars and trains with their help - being right next to the central train/subway station was great.

Loved everything about this hotel. This was the first time we stayed at La Meridien The folks were very friendly, warm and helpful. The breakfast was 2nd to none and very reasonable priced.

Excellent hotel for business trip to KL. Train from KLIA drops you right under the hotel. Food options at the hotel are generally high quality. The only issue with the hotel is also it's best feature. It's city centre location can make it hard to navigate to by car unless you know exactly where you are going.

Hotel was a great choice! A few minutes walk from the train station which made is very accessible with luggages. Easy to find with the signage near escalator. Their service is efficient and pleasant, room was comfortable and love their shower (strong warm water with a cool rainshower)!

We would always stay at Le Meridien whenever we are in KL because of the location, service & how comfortable the bed is. But, this time round, we think that housekeeping could probably do a better job, at least ensuring that bath robes are clean
