L’hôtel est super, le petit déjeuner varié et très bon. La piscine , l’intérieur de l’hôtel , le cadre magnifique. L’isolation des chambres sont pas au top on entend très souvent le personnel le matin discuté via taki walki Et si vous ramener une personne dans votre chambre il faudra payer 1000 bath…

Beautiful location and areas to walk around in the hotel. Breakfast is a nice selection and all staff are super friendly and helpful. Just be prepared to be covered in mosquito spray

Very enjoyable stay
Absolutely great place to stay , right in the centre but really quiet at night , lovely bungalows and lovely pool with bar , really near the beach 5 minutes walk .definitely will come back again , had booked 1 night and we stayed 5 !

Not a bad place to stay for the price. Make sure you bring mosquito spray. Hot water comes out yellow colored. Room was pretty nice and the hotel area was really beautiful to walk through. The pool was nice to cool down in when its hot and the breakfast was pretty good!

This is in a great location to everything and tucked away from party goers. It’s quiet for phi phi standards but still being your ear plugs as the parties go on until 2am all over the island. The pool had some sort of calming coming off of the bottom of the pool onto our feet. Looks like a temporary fix gone wrong

The location of this property was great, very central. That being said, you could still hear the beach party bass music in the room but it wasn’t super annoying (and I’m a light sleeper). The rooms are basic. Pool area was nice but the pool was almost disgustingly warm. Staff were great and helpful.

Not a great place. The breakfast was one of the best parts until my gf saw a cockroach crawling on the plates. Location was ok but it’s also right next to the sewer ditch. They have a bunch of standing water which means the mosquitos were terrible. The pool was broken and green. Water coming out of the faucet was yellow and dirty. The one thing I didn’t mind was I got stuck with a room with two beds but they were able to push them together for a nice big bed.

Nice hotel friendly staff. A little bit too strict on the guest policy as my friend had his bag in my room and was not allowed to pick it up. I had to go get it and bring it to him

location is good and near beach. rooms are very small. You have to leave the key by the office and they don't allow any guest. Overall, it's a busy place good for youngsters.

Cute little bungalows. Good breakfast. A little bit loud - you can hear your neighbours and also music from the beach. However, proximity to beach and town is excellent. Not a luxury hotel but would stay again because of the convenience and location. Someone picks you up from the ferry and Helps with your bags - that was a nice surprise!

Excellent location in phi phi island. Round the corner from the beach, bars and shops. Bare in mind your on a small island so it is not as cheap as the rest of thailand. The hotel is pretty basic. Lots of mosquitos and quite a few flys. The breakfast was good - wide range of choices.of western food and asian. Our onward journey was helped by the hotel they got the bags on no the ferry no problem. The room was short on plugs and the ac wasnt the best! Tv channels were a lot of english speaking ones which were good!

Decent place to stay
Decent bungalow rooms that are in their own little corner away from the craziness. Breakfast was very good each day. Bathrooms in the bungalows need a good clean and maybe an update because they weren’t the greatest condition.

Nice clean cabins, breakfast is ok, same thing everyday. We stayed 6 days. It’s in a great location, great Indian restaurant across the street, pool is nice. Most staff was good, apart from one women at the desk with some attitude, for a mistake she made. Oh well. I’d stay again

Coming to Phi Phi I had previously booked a different accommodation to stay at. But after reading a few reviews regarding the place I’ve realised the mistake that I’ve made. I then starting looking for a second place to stay at, and came across PP Casita. It was definitely the right decision to change accommodation and stay there. The staff were friendly, the breakfast has many options, and the location was everything I needed to have access to all the bars in the island.

Center of everything, great pool, rooms basic customer care outstanding. Had an issue with a loud frog abd that moved us to a new room in abut 5 mins. We had the best time here and will be going back. Definatly recommend to everyone!!!

O hotel é bem localizado, perto de tudo, e o atendimento é muito bom. A internet funciona bem. Cama boa. A única coisa que pode melhorar é a iluminação do quarto, q fica muito escuro, assim como a colocação de cortinas black-out. A tv é antiga, ainda de tubo. Mas quem vai a Phi Phi p ver tv?! Rs

Highly recommend
We loved this place so much!!!! It was far more beautiful than ever expected. The photos do not do this place justice! Highly recommend. It’s like a pretty little village with a pool. Kept in such nice condition and the staff are lovely. We arrived that the pier and we met a guy who was “hotel transport” (it was actually a guy on foot with a luggage trolley as no cars on the island). We didn’t request this or expect it so a really lovely touch. Amazing location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to come back!

The location was good but the inside of the bungalow rooms were outdated. You get what you pay for. The AC only works with the key in so you can’t leave the ac running when you’re out. The bungalows are all located close together and the windows aren’t well insulated so you can hear your neighbours quite well (it almost sounds like they are inside your room). The bed was more on the stiff side. Shower and bathroom looked dirty so I always wore my flip flops inside. WiFi NEVER worked in your rooms. The only good thing I can say is location and room service was fast to clean your room. Also when you check out you have to wait for them to check your room before you can leave.

Great staff, but the bathroom smells!
Tie staff is amazing and very friendly. The room was clean, with working air conditioner. The bathroom was not nice, and smelt awfully like a sewer. It’s hard to avoid this smell on Ko Phi Phi, but if you have a sensitive sense of smell, I would pay the extra price for a nicer hotel. We only stayed for one night, so it was doable.

Worse than a hostel
The place is a dump, nothing like the photos at all. We had a ‘villa’ in the garden and it was dingy, dirty and old. Near to the party area but don’t expect to bring anyone back. And don’t expect to have a lie in as cleaning people will be knocking on your door early in the morning and the army of gardeners will be banging on your walls cutting the plants down. Plus the sound of their walkie talkies sounds like you’re in the middle of a battlefield. Their policies are a bit ridiculous with you having to give your key to reception every time you leave the hotel and tight time regulations on towels. The pool was okay but don’t expect a swim up bar or restaurant. If you’re coming to phi phi to party stay in a hostel, if you’re coming to relax then go to the other side of the island. Not worth the money and not as advertised.

What is that noise??
Great location, nice pool, bar closed , friendly customer service , neat, well maintained property. Run down room, shower smells like eggs, bed uncomfortable. Clubs near by blast music late and these freaking frogs make the craziest hissing noise you've ever heard all night long. It was insanity ! I've never heard anything like it. Breakfast sucked and there was construction next door that gave me a headache in the morning. Stayed 1 night, probably wouldnt stay there again for the price. But the deck people were kind and friendly .

The staff here is very nice, they help with anything you ask for even if it’s not related to the hotel. The place is close to food, convenient store, and the beach so it’s a pretty good location. The only thing i would say is the bathroom sink doesn’t work well sometimes and it was always hard to open my room door.
