Pool access was excellent. loved the spa and the staff were extremely nice. The only thing were the beds the mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

Reasonable location five minutes walk from beach. Good location for local dining options

Was a bit noisy early in the morning with housekeeping staff pushing their trolleys and talking loudly. Tried to extend stay but was asked to leave anyway as they were fully booked. Think its important for any hotel to accommodate existing guests.

We arrived the hotel approx 1600hrs and was told the room was not ready as official checkin time is 1400hr. When they gave us the key and told us the room was ready at approx 1700hrs, the room was still under cleaning and the cleaner rushed the room for us and the cleaniness was not up to standard. Worst till they run out of towels and eventually they gave us pool towel.

Very bad experience

Over priced rooms .The fittings and old styled rooms not up to price. Was trying to take some stuffs from breakfast for my 3 year old son and the staffs objected dat no u can’t take and later added don’t take too much. How much a 3 year old kid eat!!. Staffs were not cordial and very rude

Nice hotel given the surrounding and pool had a good slide. Gym was well equipped but little else to do at the hotel.
