Perfect location for everything you need in Ao Nang. Pool access room was fantastic, food and drinks delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. The absolute star of this hotel has to be Tia, from the second he greeted us at the airport with the biggest smile to the second he waved goodbye to us after dropping us back to the airport he was the most friendly helpful man! He is a huge asset to the hotel!! He always stopped for a chat and made sure we had everything we needed, absolute legend!! Thank you :-)

Fantastic place to stay. Convenient as it is right on the beach and within a 1min walk off the main road where all of the shops, restaurants and bars are. Coral pool is amazing with the backdrop to look at. Breakfast had plenty of options and the room was very comfortable with a huge bed, air con and plenty of storage for clothes. Added touches included umbrellas, dressing gowns and bottled water every day in the fridge. This is the place to stay in Krabi.

Looks just like the pictures, decent size room and bathroom with decent air conditioning. Big pools with plenty of room to never feel like you on top of other guests. We extended our stay twice a was very happy with the hotel, staff and location was perfect.

Nice property in very good location on Ao Nang Beach. Staff was friendly and responsive to any issues raised. However, they were not responsive over Expedia chat so was unable to book airport transfer with them prior to arrival. Seems face to face interactions are best for assured service.

Lovely location on AoNang Beach. Quick boat ride to Railay Beach, pick up boat right in front of hotel. Lots of restaurants, shopping, massage on the main drag down the driveway from the resort. Fire shows on the beach. Lovely buffet breakfast included with lots of choice. I would definitely come back to stay but longer next time.

Hotel is beautiful BUT a lot of construction going on this time. Rooms are just ok ok. Not too new and tooo modern. But strategic location, nearby to everything. Hotel staff very very pleasing.. Paid for Sea View but only got a one liner sea view - (far view with alot of. Blockage) Not worth the $170

This was a great property with one minor exception. The shower is small and...more problematic, the water constantly changes from too hot to too cold...with a few comfortable seconds in between. It takes some getting used to...but all in all, I would stay at this property again. Great staff and very good breakfast.

Great pool and location in Aonang
Loved the pool at the Aonang Villa Resort and the proximity to the beach. Only issue is you need to grab a sunbed by 9am as they go quickly - other guests often leave their towels on them at breakfast time and disappear for ages! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our air con packing up really late on our first night so were moved a couple of doors down. The beds are really really firm and this is probably the only reason I wouldn’t stay again but rooms were comfortable and clean otherwise. Good range of breakfast items and the nightly fire show is great to watch but again, get in there several hours early to reserve your seating!

The hotel has a great location and services. My room was next to the elevator which has a stupid bell that rings. So I was woken up by this when I wanted to sleep in. My shower drain didn’t work properly. I had to jump up and down twice to get them to fix it. Their “fix” was to leave me in a room with a shower with an open drain, no grate!! I did not get any VIP facilities. I mentioned this in checkin. They said they would address it. Nothing happened. So Service is pathetic! I had returned to this hotel cos enjoyed it in 2019. I won’t be returning!!

This is a very lovely property... the location is amazing and they offer nightly entertainment which was great! My only issues were with the fact that they spoke to my husband over me even though the reservations and payments were made by me... the airport transfer was very convenient but possibly over priced... overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the property if you are looking for a very "western-friendly" resort.

This is a very nice hotel. Very clean and close to everything in downtown Aonang Beach. For the same reason, it can be a bit noisy when outdoors in your balcony or front pool, they have two. Boats leave to go to different beaches a few meters from on the hotel. You do not hear them while in your room. If you like to be close to the busy downtown area, this is your hotel. Breakfast was good. They have a nice bar right in front of the beach and sunsets were spectacular. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel, my husband and I had a great time!

We enjoyed our time at this hotel everything was good, location, staff was very friendly and helpful but the best was the breakfast buffet for us was like a brunch. Also the location couldn’t be better close to everything. I definitely will come back and recommend it to everyone.

This resort is one small street from the ocean; and it has 2 pools. Room was large and very comfortable. Staffs are are also nice and helpful. However, the b’fast was not par with the quality of the hotel. Choice of food and fruits were limited.

My wife and I stayed at the Aonang Villa Resort for a week in mid-October. I think it was the low season. This has two swimming pools and there was construction work going on right next to both, so it was impossible to relax at either. The beach bar played constant very loud house music, which spolied the enjoyment of the view of the beach if you wanted a Changi Bucket. The room was definitely in need of some renovation. On the positive side, the staff and the check in were all excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. The buffet breakfast was OK, but not exceptional.

Everything was great, mostly. But there were a few details that keep me from giving it 5 stars. #1) The housekeeping staff was very loud. Shouting to each other, dragging heavy furniture, everything they did was LOUD. It was like they had no concern or awareness for the guests in their rooms. And the noise started early, usually around 7 am & went on for hours. They didn't respect my Do Not Disturb sign, either. Once, they knocked on my door & then opened it & came in! I was in my bathrobe! I doublechecked--the sign was still on my door! #2) The range of in-room toiletries is very poor for the very high price they charge. No toothbrush, no body lotion, no hair dryer, no separate shampoo & conditioner (just the 2-in-1 stuff), no toothpaste, no mouthwash. And the few toiletries provided were not up to the standard you'd expect at a very beautiful, very pricey resort. On the plus side, they do provide beach towels, an umbrella & a really cute tote bag to use during your stay. I wish they'd upgrade their toiletries to Thann or similar. The grounds are very beautiful, the pool is fabulous, the spa is beautiful & the reception staff was friendly & lovely. And the location is ideal. Would I stay again? Absolutely-- but only if I brought my own toiletries & hair dryer & had slightly lower expectations. :)

Did not get a chance to enjoy all amenities as the refurbished main swimming pool was not open at time of visit. Would open in next week or so. Well located, everything fine, smiling staff, scenic location, close to resturant street, property as advertised and described . Ocean beach 30 second walk. Enjoyed stay there in newly opened wing. For some reason the beach access in front of hotel property did not have steps or stairs to descend onto. Possibly a local council issue. Recommend hotel take a interest in getting these. Would really improve experience.

This is a nice hotel in a great location with large rooms and great staff. The big problem with the hotel was that when we arrived, more than half of it was shut for major refurbishment. This included the large pool overlooking the cliffs, which we had been looking forward to using. The work is extensive and means that there is very loud noise in all areas from dawn to dust. This includes jack hammers, heavy plant machinery and general building noise. It is like being on a building site and was impactive in our room and in all public areas. We spoke to the manager who said that the work had only recently started and that he had informed ebookers in good time. Our issue is why were we not told and given the option of going elsewhere? The building work totally ruined our stay.
