We booked a room with pool access, it was a nice room by the RELAX POOL, but the pool was filled with children and really noisy! We could not Sleep or relax! We asked to change the room but no available Also the breakfast was very poor and limited we could not find anything to our taste. The coffee was aslo disaster

This was such an awesome hotel for our family. The pool was definitely a fun place to hang out and relax. Our room was spectacular. We booked the family room which was a dream. Having two separate rooms with kids was definitely needed at the end of our Thailand trip. The amenities really couldn’t beat. It’s also in the heart of such a vibrant area. Everything was walkable that we wanted access to.

This place is awesome. Don’t hesitate to book. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had great air conditioning. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and the pools were fantastic! Just a 10-15min walk to the night market and less to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel in Prime location Can improve
Excellent hotel in prime location.The service of this hotel is very slow.To make up room takes the entire day.The breakfast is very limited and busy with no where to walk.The concierge expects u to help them with luggage.The prices for tours emailed on itenary on this platform is not the same as when we enquired there.The floors are wet when walking outside and it can be dangerous for kids.The water slide pool is excellent but hardly any space to leave your towels etc.While this hotel is very good its also can work on the minor issues

Great family friendly hotel, kids absolutely loved the pool and slides, rooms were big and very clean, hotels staff were awesome. Overall had a great stay and wish it was a little longer.

We enjoyed our stay with them very much. It was central to everything. The two pools were a nice treat in the heat. They offered a good rate for the phi phi island tour with great stops along the way. A highlight. Breakfast was good which was included. The bacon could have been crispier.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the room size and it was clean! The pool is so fun for kids. I wish the poolside service would’ve been better.

Beware : non hotel guests are NOT allow to meet guests in their rooms. There is NO written policy about this which caused me to argue with the hotel staff. Eventhough the front desk lady handle my argument professionally, but I still believe it is a 'scam' to get guest to pay more .. as there is NO official policy. Entering my room, wifii and telephone not workable. Complained and within 20mins, Engineering came to settle it. Breakfast - reasonable, and swimming pool lifeguards were 'excellent'. However, for the same price, there are similar or better hotels around. Avoid this hotel when in groups.

Really nice resort in a good location. Just off the Main Street but very easy walking distance to the beach. The Aonang night market is at the end of the road, looking forward to going there and the Krabi Night Market. Great big rooms and lovely new bathrooms. Beautiful place to start our holiday

Nice for families
My boys aged 8 & 10, loved the water slide & pool. We all loved the breakfast, great variety of continental, cereal, fried & Thai food etc. The fried rice & Thai green curry were to die for..yum! Night markets at Ao nang beach and 2 mins from hotel for good priced food. I preferred Railay beach (100 baht) 15mins by long tail boat- tickets from bearby beach.

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff
We were 4 adults and two children, and everyone had a nice time. The staff was really friendly, professional and helpful, and made us feel welcomed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool areas, with childrens pool, adults area as well as water slides. The pool bars had a nice selection of snacks, food, smoothies etc. Good location, ca 10 min walk to Ao Nang beach, and 5 min walk to Nopparat Thara beach. We would recommend Ananta Burin warmly.

Nice hotel with mini Water Park. Walking distance to the beach. Staff is friendly (except at the Coffee House). My only bad experience is when we check out, the Front Office ask us to pay for the missing ashtray at the balcony - we were VERY POSITIVE that there is no ashtray when we check in... plus that room is for kids so non of them is a smoker (requested for non smoking room)

Family hotel. Staff speaks good English. Friendly atmosphere yet calm and peaceful. Hotel surrounding provides peace and tranquility. Easily access to all amenities (cafes, halal food, beach, family mart, souvenir shops). Tuk tuk, taxi just outside the hotel. Extremely helpful in everything, tour and massage provided by the hotel are as competitive as outside price. I took all from the hotel including airport transfer. Arranging with them is simply a breeze. The best part was my surprise birthday pancake, that was an absolute nice touch! Thank you very much to all staff including Chanon for a beautiful short-trip to Krabi. Indeed a memorable one.
