Great location, 5-min walk to Ao Nang beach. 7-11 downstairs. Friendly staff. Money exchange outside the lobby had the best rate. Some of the best restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with varieties. Swimming pool was clean and large. This hotel was by far the best we stayed in this trip (Phuket, Phi Phi and Krabi). We will stay here again.

Wonderful location! Staff is amazing and kind.
We had an extended stay here of 12 nights and really enjoyed it!! We got the pool access room and I enjoyed having that amenity. We got to know the staff, they’re very kind if you are! They strive to provide a great guest experience! Be kind and patient with them, it’s a great team! Our room was cleaned and well kept. Housekeeping did an amazing job, daily. The location is perfect. You can walk to anything, taxi service right outside. Laundry, and currency exchange next door. All tours will also pick up and drop off here for free. I enjoyed coffee and the egg bar in the mornings.

The hotel was very close to the beach and amenities so was able to walk everywhere. It was nice room, quiet roomy. The only problem was we had little hot water in the shower. But other than that it was really nice.

Conveniently located well appointed hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and the linens were soft. Very good AC. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They had beach towels to check out and lots of books if you wanted something to read.

Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Location is great and everything is walkable. Lots of dining and shopping options. We stayed in a direct pool access room and would definitely recommend. Housekeeping would only give about a quarter roll of toilet paper at a time. The bathroom has VERY dim lighting. Overall the bathroom is definitely aged and weathered. The climate control really only had two options for temp. Any setting at 20 Celsius (68 degrees F) or higher resulted in a stuffy and hot room around 78 degrees F. If we moved the thermostat dial just one degree to 19 Celsius, the room turned into a freezer. My guess is the room temp was then around 62-64 degrees F. I run hot, so not a problem for me personally. Just a warning for those that like moderate or warmer temps. There wasn’t such a setting after fiddling with it for 5 days. We wouldn’t avoid this place if we came again, but would probably consider other properties with pool access rooms first.

The VIP Area upgrade to an ocean view was very much worth it. The VIP area is set back from the street so it’s very quiet. The view from the balcony is golden. Get the breakfast option, very worth it. This is a nice hotel in a really good location

We had a large room with a sea view, balcony and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Its a good location in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool is also nice. Highly recommended.

The location of this resort is convenient as it is located along Aonang night market streets. The resort is clean and relaxing. The pool access for the rooms that I have booked is an added plus point.

Great Experience
As a Flight Attendant with a quite of experience with Hotels I can say: What a GREAT holiday experience. -Amazing spacious room with alot of amenities, -Large Balcony, -Big Pool, -Hotel is super clean, -Breakfast buffet with a great choice of fresh tropical fruit an omelette stand and everyday was something different to try, -Located in the main road and close to everything, -Best and most important, STAFF is friendly and helpful always with a genuine smile. I definitely recommend it and I will return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Id recommend booking with breakfast as it really set us up for the day. Watching the sun set from our balcony in the evenings was as good as it sounds.

My stay at Ava sea was last minute as I traveled around Thailand with no plans . Upon arrival they instructed me to book online as I would be able to get a deeper discount . 30 seconds after booking my room , they had it ready on their screen . Decided to upgrade my room for me as will . As for being a spontaneous traveller I booked one night at a time . Ended up staying in the upgraded room for 3 night booking each morning the cheaper room though Expedia . All the staff I encountered at the hotel were super friendly an helpful . Was a clean resort an good location . Room was very spacious to . Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to save a few dollars an willing for a short 5 minute walk to the beach .

This was my least favorite hotel from our Thailand trip. It did have a nice views of the ocean. The towels seemed old and shredding at the seams. There were stains on the sofa and mattress was uncomfortable. We felt that it needed to be turned or something as our backs hurt They did not provide new glasses in the bathroom We had arranged for a breakfast box as we were leaving early for an excursion, and they forgot to prepare it. They did allow us to eat earlier Than opening time but that was less than optimal as not all the food was out and we Had less than 10 minutes to chow down before pick up. Management Tried to make it up and gave us a fruit platter The staff was nice though. The rooms were spacious.

The staff were very kind an friendly . I booked a room that was full on Expedia when I arrived they free upgraded me . The following day I asked to stay another night allowing me to book again online cheapest room and keeping my free upgrade . It’s a bit of walk to beach but very easy within 5 mins . Tons of stores out your door step. Room was spacious an clean , overall would recommend !
