The room was very clean and seemed relatively newly renovated. I did not eat there, so I cannot comment on the restaurant. The location is good. It is within sight of the Prince Edward MTR stop. For a one night stay, the property was fine.

Booked this hotel as we had a late flight for an afternoon rest which we told reservations we were allocated an adjoining room and at 3pm all hell broke out next door

Nice staff and all was pretty good. The only downside is that the carpets need either a serious cleaning or to be replaced throughout. Also, my non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarette smoke.
