Terrible furniture and noisy
All of the upholstered furniture was worn out and so uncomfortable that it was not usable. The bed was very uncomfortable. The cushions were falling apart on the chairs and the stuffing was falling out of the pillows. The photos of the condo on the rental site were misleading as to the condition of the furniture. The condo was very noisy with each footstep of the unit above heard and the bedroom was exposed to stair traffic and parking lot noise and lights. The management company did move us to a very nice house after we discussed all the problems with them.

Great Location!
Pros: We loved that this building was a short distance from the pool and a 5 min walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and responsive. Also, we were able to park really close to our entrance every time and appreciated that, especially for loading/unloading luggage and groceries. Cons: My husband really didn't like that all the drinking cups were so small! He asked me where they kept the "big kid cups". Truly, nothing held more than about 8 oz. The a/c in the room was really, really loud and would adjust several times throughout the night, waking us up each time. I'm a light sleeper though, so this may not bother you. The lanai was somewhat secluded, but not as private as the pictures make it look. We had courteous neighbors, though, so it wasn't a big deal.

Aloha First let me say the property manager is fantastic. Location fabulous, short walk to beach 5 mins. Landscaping is Beautiful. Amenities in the unit adequate. Bed definitely needs a new mattress, also sofa and chairs in living room need replacing very uncomfortable, dining room chairs very old and worn, unit not as big as pictures show wide angle lens used to make unit look bigger. Unit was not quite ready for checkin at 3:00pm girl was still cleaning when we got there. Overall a good experience could have been better with the above mentioned thing attended to. Mahalo

Wonderful Condo! One of the best areas to stay in Poipu! Would come back again. The pool was great!
Great condo!! Loved the location and the pool that overlooks the ocean. Close to everything in Poipu. Condo is comfortable and AC in bedroom is wonderful.

Condo was comfortable and clean. Great location close to the pool and the beach. Linens were wonderful. Would be nice to have a few condiments, spices and tin foil/plastic wrap. Loved having access to the fitness centre.

Would have given 5 stars if fully air conditioned or possibly more fans.
Great location for walking and driving. Have stayed in Poipu many times while visiting my daughter on the island. Have to admit I’m spoiled by air condition so it’s difficult for me to stay where it’s not provided. Would have given 5 stars if fully air conditioned and a more update furnishings. Baths were very nice as well.
