"I love the tropical design, the massage tech at the pool. They could improve their service by turning on the AC available by the time guests arrive at the pier. With the extreme heat in Phi Phi it would be a huge help. The beach in front of hotel is less than desirable. Dirty and slippery at the bottom of the beach. Weird! But thats none of the staffs fault. "

"We’ve stayed here on two other occasions and will probably stay again. The only issue was there wasn’t any hot water for our shower. Location is great. Breakfast is good. "

"Beautiful , quiet stay. Very good menu at the restaurant with high quality standard. Staff excellent and friendly. Try the hike up to viewpoint 3. It’s a bush track and you’ll need to be a little fit. Not the best swimming beach, but you can have a dip. Looks good for snorkeling. "

"Awesome accommodation in Phi Phi. Super location a minute from the harbour, brilliant when arriving on the ferry, especially with a toddler in tow. The two pools are beautiful and safe, great for kids and adult swimming. Proximity to the beach is 10/10. The staff were fantastic throughout, especially with our little boy who got so much love and attention. We enjoyed having breakfast right beside the beach. Balcony overlooking the larger pool was great and the room was super, lots of space. Mattress a little hard for my tastes, otherwise fantastic. We would love to come back and visit again."
