The property gave my wrong location for my SECOND taxi pickup and I missed my travel reservation. The property stated, as an explanation of the problem, the this SECOND taxi company that it was located at the "Fujiyoshida Matsuyama branch near Don Quijote and Fuji-Q Highland, which was incorrect. The property scheduled my first taxi to the exact restaurant location, and the property should have simply repeat the same address. For no reason

Excellent Stay!
Surprisingly great! We stayed in a Ryokan style room, room was spacious for two and there were kimonos in the room, it was quiet an experience. It has shower and toilet separate, complete witj toiletries and i loved their soaps, conditioner and body washes, the room smelled a bit smoky though. And the next morning we were surprised to have a Mt Fuji view on our huge glass window. Hotel facilities were great, free onsen and spa, there are massage machines and free shuttle service to nearby destination. Receptionists were always friendly and accommodating, the first receptionist when we checked in doesnt speak single english, it was so hard to communicate but the other man speak english. There is a restaurant at the hotel but we didnt try, it didnt look so appealing to us. There are walkable restaurants near by. Red and Green shuttle tour bus have station near the hotel. All in all, i am really glad we booked this hotel, couldnt be any better!
