Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage located in a sheltered cove on beautiful Hay Bay. We offer a private half acre of waterfront ideal for fishing, canoeing or kayaking.
*New in 2022* New deck with double the area to enjoy your morning coffee and meals overlooking the bay.
*New in 2021* 16 x 16 ft deck to enjoy the views of Hay Bay while having your morning coffee.
*2020* Added disinfectant precautions will be in place before our guests arrive!
All Friday- Friday bookings for 2023.
The cottage is equipped with:
-A bedroom with a brand new queen pillow top bed.
-Bedroom 2 has a double and single bunk bed
-Main floor 4 piece bathroom
-The loft bedroom has 2 single Captain's beds with it's own bathroom.
-Fully equipped kitchen

Great week away!
We had a great time here! Cozy little cottage with everything we needed. Great view from the deck and off the dock. Fishing was disappointing due to the low water levels right now (which obviously there is no control over) but our teens had fun catching frogs instead! Generally quiet, however big dump trucks went by a few times a day. Still beats city noise any day!

Great Location in Prince Edward County
Great location accessing Picton [free ferry/ 30mins.] and Napanee. Go to the Lake on the Mountain for a great view of the area.The cottage was immaculately clean on entering. Kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking needs. The only drawback was the fact that there is not a good spot for swimming [effected overall rating]. You have to go to a nearby park with public swimming. Good fishing off the dock. Great fire pit. I would rent this property again.

Just what we needed.
We had a great time! The cottage was just what we needed to decompress. Cozy, clean and thankfully the A/C worked since we arrived during a heat wave. Our only surprise was the limited internet which was unfortunate since we had our teenage son with us and is one of our ‘must haves’ when booking. He was happy that the tv wasn’t old like the last place we rented and was able to set up his Switch. Mike is a great host and quick to reply to all communication. The location is beautiful and just a quick drive into town for anything you’ve forgotten. Everyone enjoyed their stay and were sad to leave. Thanks again!

Wonderful and Relaxing.
Property was very clean and extremely well equipped! We wanted for nothing. Sitting on the deck, overlooking the water was a relaxing and serene experience. The single issue that came up was dealt with quickly and efficiently with minimum inconvenience. Highly recommend this cottage.

It's a tranquil place, the cottage comes with everything you need. Mike is very nice and approachable, I will definitely recommend this place to my friend. One small suggestion to Mike is to add a ventilation fan to the wash room.

Fabulous quiet cottage with yard
This was the fourth time we stayed at this cottage. That should indicate how we feel about it! It's a fabulous place to wind down. A really pleasant cottage, on a great property right on the water. We swim at a nearby small beach, take out the canoe, and get super relaxed. And Mike is a terrific host!

Great Vacation
This was the best equipped cottage we have ever rented. Nice property, great view. Lots of visits from the swans. Had several canoe trips. Really enjoyed our week at the cottage.

Something for everyone
This property has a true cottage feel and was very clean and well appointed. We spent many hours with the watercraft and fishing. Lots of extras too at the cottage including sports gear. Great day trips to North Beach, Trenton air museum and Sandbanks. Mike is a host who is interested in all his guests having a good time.

Fabulous quite cottage on wonderful waterside property
This is the third time we stayed at this cottage. It's marvellous! Quiet, on the water, with lots of birds, frogs, even a bunny. Mike is a fantastic host. We will keep going!
