Hi Eibhlin, We remember you very well you stayed in room number three on Saturday the 27th of January. We serve breakfast between 8am and 10am each morning. Breakfast was finished when you arrived downstairs at 10.05am that Sunday morning and the breakfast chef was finishing up their shift. You requested two full Irish breakfast and seemed delighted with the service and the food. We regret if you felt rushed but we are unsure as to what made you feel this way.(as I served you breakfast myself) The night porter (my husband and co owner of the business)on duty that night and every night always make sure that the Guest house is secure and that the guests feel safe and happy.We can assure you that there was nobody in your room while you were at dinner as only authorised personnel(my husband and I) would have had access to the master key. We urge all guests that have any concerns or questions to advise us prior to departing the guest house and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue/issues raised. Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you were not 100 percent happy with your stay with us and that your room was not warm enough to your liking. We sometimes have this problem when guests like yourself arrive earlier than the recommended check in time of 2pm. We did not want to turn you away when you arrived early as the day was so bad. The heating in your room was immediately turned on for you and you were delighted with the room when asked. I myself am in the guest house pretty much 24/7 and always invite people to let me know it there is any problem that needs attention. When you were checking out you were asked was everything to your liking and you did not mention any dissatisfaction with regards to you stay with us nor did you mention that the room was cold or damp. We urge all guests to voice any problem that may arise while staying at the guest house and alert us to same before departure. Kind Regards Fuchsia house admin
