"We have just enjoyed a fantastic week. The room was superb, with wonderful views of the sea (we had a suite on the top floor). The room was spacious, with a huge spa bath, large ensuite shower, additional toilet and two balconies - well worth the money. The staff were outstanding, and could not be more welcoming or helpful. They spoke excellent English and organised both trips we went on (Knossos Palace and Imbros Gorge with IO Tours - both very highly recommended). The breakfast was super, with a great range every day. We ate in a couple of times and it was good value for a hotel; however, lots of choice for restaurants within a 15 minute stroll down to the harbour. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chania."

"Perfect location with a beautiful harbour view. Staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Our room was lovely and the bed was so big and comfy. Breakfast was amazing,great choices on offer with a good selection of hot and cold options The location is perfect for shopping and eating out and every restaurant is as good as the one before ,including the hotel itself . We will definitely be booking again for next year "

"SanSal is such a lovely place to stay. My boyfriend and I stayed for just over a week and had such a wonderful time. The room was excellent and the hotel itself is great. The breakfast was lovely, loads of options! It’s a really quick walk to get to the harbour or to the beach and there are loads of dining options nearby. The staff at the hotel are just lovely - they really seem to want you to have a great stay and have great knowledge of the area. I’d definitely stay again! "
