Hi Hamish, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us and it was unpleasurable.Yes, we are an older property and we are in the process of renovations. As you might appreciate however this does take time and in the current world financial circumstances it can be very costly. The property has only been under the current ownership for 4 years and in that four years the following has taken place: All rooms fully painted, new beds, new refrigerators, new ovens and stove tops and exhausts, new washing machines and dryers, new lounges, new security screens on all windows with the hope to get the doors done this year also, outdoor seating and door mats to give our guests the opportunity to sit outside in the cooler months. The pool area was revamped with a new liner, fencing, BBQ's, furniture and shade sail. Some of our aircons can be quite noisy, but we are also in the process of changing these out old for new. If your room did however have an older aircon and you weren't happy we could have either moved you to a different room if one was available with a newer system or we could have replaced the one in your room as we keep the new ones on-site at all times. I live on site and could have been contacted at any time during your stay. Once again I'm sorry you didn't have an enjoyable stay with us

Hi Lyn. No, a Studio is called a Studio (exactly what you booked) and an Apartment with cooking and laundry facility is called an Apartment. You need to reserve an Apartment if that is what you require, seriously!!??
