This hotel is far from markets and things to do. Makw sure to boom excursions with transport. Also their lobby does not have AC. The staff arent welcoming, lots of chit chat going around.

The hotel is within walking distance to Karon beach without being immersed in the busier beach traffic. There are plenty of restaurants near by or enjoy the hotel breakfast. The staff are attentive and helpful.

All around good hotel
This was a nice hotel. They had a good breakfast spread and transportation to the beach that runs every hour in the morning. The front desk was very helpful when our safe did not work and held our luggage after check out. The airport transportation arrangements were also very easy and affordable. The only thing is that there are 3 separate buildings for the rooms and we stayed in the highest floor so we had to take 2 or 3 elevators to get to the pool or lobby. The ocean view is more of just a higher view of the area and a sliver of the ocean.

You get what you pay for, as long as you don’t pay full price! The staff were friendly, helpful and convivial, but they were just working in a tired old hotel that is probably due for some upgrades! It’s a bit of a walk from the beach so as long as you don’t mind that, or a bit of undetermined mess in your room, you’ll be happy!

Lovely room but bit far from the beach
Lovely room with the biggest and most comfortable bed I've had in Phuket so far. Pool and buffet breakfast were lovely. Wifi was a bit patchy and my last night there was a constant whine coming from somewhere that kept me up. At least a 20 minute walk to the beach but pretty flat so easy. Whilst there is a free shuttle bus to the beach it isn't often enough to be useful. Good eateries and massage opportunities aplenty

What a lovely hotel. The staff are so kind and accommodating; from the hotel manager to the housekeeping crew, everyone was amazing! They also made it easy for us to arrange airport transfers and booking ferry to Koh Phi Phi with van transfers. They’re very responsive and helpful. The rooms are very nice, well kept, comfortable, and clean. They give you daily waters in recycled glass bottles, coffees and teas. The bonus are the free shuttle service to Karon Beach and back, and complementary beach and pool towels! There are plenty of food options around the area within walking distance. You also have the gas station next door with a. 7a-eleven. I’d stay with them again 10/10.

Amazing!
We were so satisfied and happy with this hotel! The room was nice and clean with a nice view from the balcony (no furniture though which would have been nice, just a little bench), overall the hotel is nicely located with about 20 minute walk to Karon beach. The breakfast was great and the service was great from everyone in the staff, especially the reception was so helpful. If there is one minor thing to note it would be that the hotel has different buildings - if you have a room in building C which is furthest away, it actually takes 3 elevators (or alot of stairs) to get to your room, which can be quite inconvinient in some situations.

It is a good place to stay in Phuket. Away from noisy areas and hotel is very clean. Breakfast is very good. Only drawback is a 15 min walk to beach down a hill. Hotel does advertise a shuttle but we never took it.

This is a really great hotel. It is not centrally located in Karon and to get to the main strip (restaurants and bars etc) it’s about a ten minute walk. It’s location not being in the thick of it in Karon is one of its strengths as the property is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are fantastic from those at the front desk to the cleaning staff and the waiters. They were all very helpful, ordering us cabs and answering any requests quickly and effectively. The hotel is very quiet and despite being full we couldn’t hear any of the other hotel guests or external noise at all, which meant we had restful sleeps every night. One minor point is that the rooms didn’t have an iron so you have to call reception for someone to bring one. This was a little inconvenient but staff were quick to bring the iron when it was requested and I had no trouble getting one whenever I needed it. There are restaurants around the hotel, though more variety can be found further into Karon or Kata. The beach is about a 15 minute walk but if you don’t want to walk the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the beach throughout the day. There is ample parking available for mopeds and some limited space for cars (perhaps about 8 spaces in total). Breakfast is buffet style, very tasty with a variety of options for meat eaters and vegetarians. Overall, a wonderful hotel! Highly recommended and would return if staying in Phuket again.

The hotel is ...okay. Granted we stayed during the rainy season in September, but the place just felt dead. The reception wasnt manned after 6pm, the restaurant closed at 5pm and there was at most two people we saw at the pool. Very eery feeling. The main disappointment was that we had paid for breakfast to be included, however upon arriving we were told due to the season and limited guests the breakfast menu is reduced. It was literally a croissant and an egg, or croissant and what we in the UK have as a tinned hot dog. I appreciate limited numbers may put a strain on staff costs, but we're full paying customers, this didnt seem fair. Breakfast was nothing like the photos made it seem. On the positive side, when the staff were actually around, they were lovely just as nearly all Thai people are and the room was decent enough with a balcony... although 'sea view' was debatable.

Nice hotel
Very nice hotel up to the hillside. Quit a good view overlooking to the town. Due to COVID-19, the hotel was relly quiet while i like it.

The property itself was really good. They have a nice formal restaurant + a casual cafe next to the pool which also doubles as the morning breakfast (basic continental). The staff are very facilitating as we had a late flight and although check out was at 12pm they held our bags while we spent our last day out and even provided a room to shower in before our late flight. Location: is a 15min walk to the beach but be careful as there isn’t a pathway there you need to follow the road. A free shuttle in the morning takes you there 9am-10am-11am and a return of 1pm.

This property is located only a 15 minute drive to Patong. Also a 10-15 minute walking distance to Karon beach offering shuttle services to the beach a few times a day. I went for the beach view premier room number 3602 10-16th october 2019. The rooms were very clean and the complimentary snack bar filled everyday. Staff were very helpful and went beyond to help you on every request. I really liked the size of the room and the size of the balcony it offered amazing for watching the sunset and rise. The rooms were of high standard and the quality surpasses global chains ie novotel and holiday inn. The only thing I would say is the lift system was not thought through their are three buildings blocks A,B,C with only one lift servicing each block not very helpful during peak times. Other than that I actually can't fault this hotel. Thank you team IKON.

We loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it and stay here again. The staff was friendly and attentive, the hotel wad clean, modern, and well cared for. The location was great, close to some great places to eat and close to the beach. We had a great time and everyone was so willing to help us. The breakfast options were good, the cafe had great meal options, the pool was nice and the spa was excellent.
