This is a lovely furnished villa in the Ko Olina Fairways neighborhood. The 3 bedroom 3 bath home has an open floor plan on the main level and all 3 bedrooms upstairs. The main floor has two sliding glass doors leading out to the back yard that features a brick tiled lanai area adjacent to a landscaped lawn space. This beautiful backyard has a BBQ grill and seating and is great for entertaining and outdoor living. The kitchen has everything you will need to make yourself at home and cook family dinners. There is a dining room table and family room perfect for lounging and watching TV. The main floor has its own powder room and there is tons of closets for storage. The home comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces in the driveway. No garage parking.

Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms complete with flat screen TV's and plenty of drawer and closet space. The guest bathroom is spacious and has a combination tub and shower. You will have all the towels and linens you will need in the hall closet. The master suite has great vaulted ceilings giving it a bright and open feel. The master bathroom has dual sinks as well as a tub and shower.

This villa is close to the resort's amazing restaurants and shops and is within walking distance to the lagoon beaches and walking paths. The Ko Olina Fairways has a wonderful community pool with a hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the Hawaiian experience.

Professional, easy to deal with firm!
The property is in Oahu. 30 minutes from HNL, 5 minutes from shopping box stores etc. 5 awsome beaches withn 1/2 hour walk, awesome Ki Olina Golf course (not cheap).
