Perfect Spot
Great location to see the island. Never more than an hour to any corner. The unit was exactly as advertised and just a few steps from the pool and ocean. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Outstanding Property
We enjoyed 11 nights at this property. The pool was fantastic, the beach was beautiful, the condo was perfect, and the resort staff were friendly and kind. I highly recommend staying here.

Second time at this property
We had a wonderful 9 days at this property. The pool is fabulous for the kids, our room was top notch, although the sofa bed could use a mattress update and the kitchen was missing a fee Items that would've been useful. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay with our family.

We LOVED our stay in paradise
Waipouli beach resort was a wonderful place to stay. The ground floor unit was perfect for us to have easy access to the beautiful pool area and beach. The pool with the 3 hot tubs and waterfalls was amazing. And James, the security guard, was an added bonus to our pool time. The room was very nice, but next time I think we would go for a two-bedroom unit. The pull-out bed was OK, but not the most comfortable for our 11 nite stay for our 18 and 20 yr. old kids. We LOVED the large fridge, oven, and dishwasher and enjoyed a few lunches on the patio. We would have loved a "welcome book" of some sort telling us about where to take the recycling, the fact that we can rent beach gear, suggestions for restaurants in the area etc. I am writing this as I look out the window at a yard full of snow----I miss Kauai!

Paradise
We had a wonderful stay in Kauai and enjoyed the beautiful property. Bed was comfy but I recommend you bring your own pillow. The pillows were hard as rocks. The kitchen was stocked with the basic cooking utensils and dishes. Bring your own spices, oils, foil, etc as nothing was provided, not even salt/pepper. There is washer/dryer in room but it’s bring your own detergent. Location is right across from Safeway and great restaurants. The pool and water slides were amazing and beautiful. Be sure to catch the koi feeding outside the lobby on Thursday and Saturday mornings at 8:30am.

The Perfect Vacation
We stayed in Heather's condo at the Waipouli Beach Resort for two weeks during spring break. The condo and the property was everything I dreamed of and more. It was the perfect space for our family of 4. About the Unit: The condo was spacious and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was a great size and well stocked with pretty much everything one would need for cooking (although, I wish there was a baking sheet too!). The fridge was massive - great for our giant Costco food purchases and there was lots of comfortable seating. Our kids slept on the pull out couch and we slept in the bedroom. I loved that the unit was on the ground floor. It was easy access to the pool - kids just went out the sliding doors. But also appreciated that it was fairly private from the pathways. I rarely felt the need to close the blinds for privacy until night time. About the Property: The Waipouli Beach resort is spectacular. The pool facility with waterslides and lazy river made the trip for us. Our boys lived in the pool as we lounged poolside and supervised. I was so surprised that there was a beach towel service as well - great bonus! The staff on site were so friendly. This was our first trip (and certainly not our last) to Kauai. I'm trying to figure out away to return next year and will definitely be staying in the same unit again.

Kauai paradise
We had visited this property 14 years ago when family stayed here during our wedding. We were excited to come and get our chance to experience it. I loved that is was ground level to literally walk several feet to the pool area. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully gardened, the bed was so comfy and the pool was an oasis. Had coffee every morning on the lanai. Fell asleep to the sound of the pool waterfalls. Watched the sun go down on the sandy beach in front of the resort. Cute shops, delicious bakeries, etc all within reach. Thank you Heather for having this beautiful condo to share the magic of this island. Can't wait to come back!!!

Great Condo
Just stayed for a week at this condo with my family and it was great! Very close to the pool and nice that the kids can play in the grass. Also very close to the parking area which has plenty of parking. Condo was very clean and very well kept. Basic pots and pans in the condo as well as a full set of utenvils, plates and cups which was nice. Owner also provides dish soap and dishwasher soap and sponge which is nice. Walkable to the supermarket, shave ice, and starbucks making it very convenient! Very nice and fun pool for kids with two slides and a mini beach area at the pool. Also walkable to a nearby kids beach (fiji beach). We had an amazing time. Highly recommend!!!
