For the price we’re paying, parking should be free. This is ridiculous! I could’ve parked at the airport for the same price.
Loved our check in… don’t think I am supposed to list names… but she was great. As soon as I walked in the door she acknowledged me, even though she was helping someone else. Really could not have done better.
This property is really nice, great food and bar. Had steak and Brussel sprouts. And if I rave about those it must be good. The room was so very spacious and luxurious. Beds super soft and comfy.

Not necessary. My rating is sufficient. I won't stay at the property again.
The room was clean and great. The staff left a lot to be desired. They didn’t acknowledge you when you got to the desk. Too busy doing other tasks or gossiping this morning. It’s unfortunate for the hotel. The shuttle driver was amazing though.
Close very close to the runway at airport staff young and unprofessional and non attentive but overall not bad but save your money and tip the shuttle driver a mile and half away
No heat in rooms. Couldn’t sleep because I was cold. When I asked staff at front desk how to turn on heat was told to turn air off. A coworker was offered space heater. Was on 1st floor was not told to push pool button on elevator. Wandered around until I went back and ask specifically how to get to first floor. No signs saying how to get to 1st floor. Hand rail to ballroom was loose
I was put in room 104, which appeared to be a handicap room and was unable to control the thermostat. We froze all day and baked all night! The room phone cord had been cut, and I told them the day I arrived, but nothing was done about it.

Had to pull it hard to get it to shut

The room was noisy. Showers from other rooms were very loud. And there was another repeating squeaky sound in the room we don’t know where it came from.
Beautiful room with view on the airport but no noise from plaines!

Just a regular Marriott. They put us in a room in the basement. Parking is not free or included with your room. Pay for WiFi. At the airport but you have to take a shuttle. Too far to walk.

Thank you for your review. Parking does have a 12/night cost. Wi-Fi is free with a Marriott Bonvoy membership. And the airport shuttle is also offered at no charge. We would not recommend walking to the airport as there are no pedestrian walkways to this airport from anywhere except the airport parking facility.
