5/5 Excellent
Full range of services, comfortable stay.
"Coffee and macha machine at reception was available for most of the day. There was free priobiotic drink from 8 - 10 am. There is the public onsen from 3 pm - 5 am. The onsen has a water dispenser, cotton buds and pads, moisturising lotion, hair brush. You can take a free ice cream stick after your onsen, and use the massage chair (1 is spoilt, 2 are always in use). Half a ramen bowl, and drink dispensers are available for supper 9 - 11 pm.
The drip coffee packet provided in the room is good too! They provide hairband, cotton pads and buds, comb, shaver, toothbrush, shower cap, and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the room.
You will have to take off your shoes before entering the hotel, and the luggage's wheels will have to be cleaned before it can be rolled into the hotel. You place your shoes in a locker. So you will feel that the hotel is very clean.
I liked the full range of services and that it felt very clean.
What I didn't like about it was that it was always crowded with tourists, and I am not sure if the onsen are kept clean by them. I come out of the onsen smelling slightly of chorine, even after showering. I might prefer to go to proper onsen towns which are less populated."
