Two storey 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Upstairs is 1 x Queen bed in main room with box air con (cool only) with ocean views. 1x tri-bunk bed, 1 x single bed in second room. Shower and separate toilet in upstairs bathroom. Reverse cycle air con in lounge (upstairs) and 1 x Queen size bedroom (downstairs). Extra pedestal fans available. Large Kitchen with Dining area includes microwave, dishwasher, gas hot plates and oven in downstairs well stocked kitchen. Separate Laundry with washing machine, iron/ironing board and second toilet. Main bathroom down stairs . Extra kitchenette upstairs with fridge, to serve the afternoon sunset snacks.

DOWNSTAIRS - 1 bedroom with a double bed and reverse cycle air con. Large bathroom and Shower with separate toilet. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas hot plates, gas oven, large fridge/freezer and dining room. Laundry with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Back Patio down stairs with BBQ and fish cleaning table. Fully secure yard with side boat access, large pet friendly yard. Plenty of parking on the "U-Shaped" driveway.

UPSTAIRS - 2 bedrooms (1 x queen bed with a box air con, the other with 1 x tri bunk and 1 x single), bathroom and separate toilet. Lounge with TV with Chrome cast attached and USB port sound system. Reverse cycle air conditioning in lounge. Kitchenette with kettle, fridge and kitchenware. Outdoor dining setting and outdoor lounge on front fantastic large deck with views of the river and ocean, and those sunsets "WOW".

Staircase outside at the back of the property and spiral staircase inside. NO BABYGATES. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A $50.00 DOG FEE, this does not allow pets to be inside, a extra cleaning fee will occur if you have had your pet inside including laundering of all linen, carpets etc. BYO DOG BED.
