This casual Kailua Beach house will transport and inspire you with its panoramic ocean views and is available to be rented for periods of 30 days or more at any one time. The 3 main bedrooms, living room and dining spaces offer incredible sites of blue seas and skies, while lush landscaping wraps you in privacy and scenery. A large "bonus" room is set up with additional queen bed and access to a newly installed private outdoor bathroom. The home has undergone a fresh renovation of kitchen, baths, floors, windows/doors, window coverings, split AC, artwork, furnishings and linens, and is an ideal, comfortable rental for up to 8 guests.

The back lanai offers additional seating, a BBQ and a brand new 9 person Jacuzzi. Conduct your business meetings using the high-speed fiber optic service. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys are all waiting for your enjoyment. Parking is provided for 2 to 3 vehicles, washer and dryer on site and the home is located at the end of a very private, quiet street just a short distance to the center of Kailua Town.
