Staff and customer service were outstanding. Could not fault any of them. The cleaning team are a brilliant bunch and made the stay even more enjoyable. Would have left them something but didnt see them after 3/4 days. Please, Please pass our thanks on to them. Overall this hotel is superb, ideally located on JBR walk and i will definitely recommend this to couples, families and solo visitors. Thank you from a very satisfied and happy family.

Absolutely amazing place My 2nd visit here in less than 5 weeks. Really love the ambience and staff at this hotel and beautiful beaches

I've stayed in this hotel a few times. Its always been good. This time I was taken ill and had to be taken to hospital , later requiring an operation. The staff were amazing, called to check how I was. Asked if I need anything brought to me. Did come to hospital with items I requested (Toast and Banana). Arranged to have a car take me back from hospital following hospital discharge. Amazing staff in a difficult time and I cannot thank them enough.

I prefer this hotel and I recommend it to families with their children because it is located in an area with everything you need as I would recommend to live in the Hilton Apartments is not the hotel as the apartments have a hotel service and cheaper in price

I like the way guest had access to both hotels facilities. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We couldnt have asked for better.
