I like the way guest had access to both hotels facilities. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We couldnt have asked for better.

Ideal location on the beach Next to "The Walk" which offers a vast amount of international cuisine restaurants. Short walk to the Marina which i loved just to sit and people watch on their luxury boats. Staff all excellent especially Matthew on the desk who always greeted us every time we walked past the reception. He is a credit to the Hotel

Great 3 bedroom apartment, a little dated but had everything we needed. Great pools and private beach, very central location and shuttle bus to major shopping malls.

The location is great and the hotel has great amenities. But the elevators are so slow. It took us atleast 15 minutes everytime we needed to go somewhere to wait on the elevators. Once we had to wait about 25 minutes. The elevators just pass the floor your on or if they do stop they are full and take forever to get back. The room smelled by the water heater closet. And when trying to sleep at night we would constantly be woke up to noisy people in the hallways. And the staff in the Walk are very rude!! In the restaurant we were not iffered drinks because it didnt come with our meal package wven tho we told her we wanted to pay for drinks. The guy at the taco station didnt want to come out of the back and was mad when he finally did. And we got breakfast included with our stay but we were told we couldn't go to the restaurant for breakfast like we had did before when we stayed at the resort, the lounge didnt have much of a selection and was out of alot of things when we got there an wasnteven refilled. We will never stay at the walk again.
