"I booked this stay literally from the Beirut airport 10 minutes before I arrived at the property. I could not have been happier with my choice. My room was overlooking the pool and ocean and it could not have been more beautiful. The front desk staff was very helpful with everything that I needed, even if I was challenged more than once by staff that looked like they were searching for a reason to kick me out. The food was excellent, especially at the restaurant for breakfast in the morning. I was there in early March which I could tell was part of the property's off-season and I imagine it can get quite crowded in the summer but it's for a good reason as it's an excellent place to stay"

"This hotel is NOT afflicted with hotels.com. When we arrived they had no booking for us. Of course Hotels.com has taken our money and we had to pay separately for the rooms we were lucky they had open. The managers were very accommodating even though we were the 3rd group this month to have the same problem. Was a very clean hotel with a great view."

"Very interesting and unique place to stay. This small guesthouse is a comfortable one-man operation that feels more like home rather than a hotel. Raymond is full of stories about Lebanon, photography, the region and himself. A great place to relax in the middle of a trip around Lebanon. The area itself is beautiful and very peaceful. The rooms are seriously unique and different."

"Food was extremely expensive. 6 none alcoholic drinks 1 meal of chicken fingers, 1 meal of cheese sticks, and 1 Houka cost $100. Could not shower due to the lack of hot water, informed staff about water blockage in shower and no response. I would. It recommend the place for anyone who’s over 5’10” on the first floor and 3’ on the second floor. My daughter hit her head in the ceiling and had a concussion. We have to cut our trip short and return to the US. "
