A home at the coast away from home in the city
This is more like a home, while you're away from home on holidays, than a holiday house!
It offered very good value for money and a straightforward rental process.
Communications were excellent, informative, helpful and timely. Check-in and check-out was extremely convenient and secure.
It was fantastic to find a house that ticked all the necessary boxes and more! A big bonus was our family pet was also welcome!
You immediately feel at home in this modest, well maintained, and neatly presented house.
Overall it was a very comfortable, well equipped and clean house to stay in. Regrettably it was rated slightly lower but more as feedback to be helpful and honest on a few things that might be useful to consider.
A few items in the kitchen cupboards hadn't been left 100% clean by previous occupants, despite the availability of a dishwasher. It may be worthwhile for the cleaner to do a quick visual during the cleaning.
Another observation, although not vital or a deal breaker, but it would add to the appearance, is to consider a clean for the lounge room rug.
Finally, a big thank you for your hospitality Perry. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at your holiday home. We had an enjoyable, relaxing and fun time exploring Sanctuary Point and many locations surrounding it.
The endless number of beautiful beaches, attractions and boutique, unique shopping, and delicious bakeries and cafes were a real highlight.
We highly recommend you spend a holiday or short break away at Perry's property. It caters for all combinations of people and your pets, including families.
We look forward to another stay if and when we get to travel back along that way in the future on holidays!!
