Regarding the charge for additional children, we understand your initial frustration but as explained you were only charged for 2 adults. The managers offered you kids stay free as a gesture of goodwill. We have brought this issue up with Expedia and the issue of not being able to add children has been rectified on their part.Regarding the cleaning expectations, we understand that the request to strip bedding and towels may have seemed excessive. But this helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all guests and helps keep the villas in good condition. We will review our communication to ensure it is clear and reasonable for our guests.We apologise for the issues with the hot water and that the cleanliness of the unit wasn't to your standard. These villas were checked before arrival and we would have liked to rectify these issues during your stay had you brought it to our attention.We value your feedback as it helps us improve our services. We are sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with us. We try our best to accommodate everyone's needs and we apologies that this wasn't possible during your stay. If you decide to give us a second chance I would definitely recommend staying in one of our Waterfront Villas as you not only have a gorgeous view of the creek but are able to lock the villa, and furnishings that might be to the standard you are looking for.
