3/5 Okay

Such a shame
Had a lovely time, just a shame about property not being as listed. Lack of Internet and BBQ. Unfortunate that although I had been in communication with property owner during stay, all my communication since has been ignored. Promises of compensation have not been forthcoming.

Lovely house in an excellent location
I'd like to thank Bianca for sending the rucksack and purse we left in the property back to us so promptly. Recommend the house without hesitation.

Interesting place
This was our first visit to the Borders and we couldn’t have picked a better base to explore from. The cottage was a joy - the owner has obviously led a very interesting life and ensures everything you need is here. If you love to cook, the kitchen is incredible. If you like to relax and read, the living room is amazing too. We had great weather so spent a lot of time out and about, but the cottage was the perfect place to return to.
