Hotel employee couldn't speak language other than Turkish. They were nothelpful ,at the end, we were asked to pay although we paid via hotel.com earlier.hotel personal guidance and support was poor.

Yeri kolay, merkezi ve ulaşımı rahat bir otel.
Erken check-in yapmaları güzeldi. Giriş günü ayrıca kahvaltı imkanı sağladılar. Ücretsiz otoparkının olması iyi. Oda sorunu yaşadım ama hemen odamı değiştirdiler. Rezervasyonda sigara içilmez yer isteğim dikkate alınmamış. Sabah erken işim olduğu için kahvaltıyı 10-15 dakika önce hazır olmasını istedim fakat dikkate alınmadı 4 gün düzdün bir şekilde kahvaltı yapamadım. Kahvaltı saati 7 olmasına rağmen hiç hazır olmadı.

odamız 4.kattaydı.asansörden çıkınca koridorda çok ağır bir koku karşıladı bizi.sanırım koridorlarıda kaplayan duvardan duvara halıdaki rutubet kokusu idi.tek kişilik yatakları dardı.

My first room was full of smoking smell, but the staff from the front desk was not really like to let me change the room. My air con was not working at night, but the staff only suggest me to open the window. However, the people on the street spoke very loudly at night
