Prijs kwaliteitverhouding zit niet juist, voor mij eerder een 3*** hotel. Ontbijt ondermaats. Geen mogelijkheid gehad om ligbedden te gebruiken aan het zwembad, handdoek-leggers zijn vanaf 6u ‘s ochtends in de weer om ligbedden te reserveren, om de rest van de dag spoorloos te blijven, hotel laat dit begaan. Kamers ook geen 4 sterren niveau, wel een heel mooi uitzicht!

Great hotel to explore the Istrian peninsula
Our stay was great. A very nice room with a balcony, and above all for me, facilities for handicapped. Umag is a great starting off point to explore the Istrian peninsula.

Nice room with view of the sea. Half board option was well worth it. Plenty of food and nice seating. Adriatic was right there and tennis was close as well.

Good comfort
The hotel was nice. Good rooms and nice views. The pool needs a good clean, and the staff felt very uninterested. Umag is a beautiful city, but doesn’t offer much other than disappointing tourist attractions. We spend an evening in Novigrad, and it was a much nicer area with amazing restaurants.

Perfect resort for a relaxing break

Very Good Hotel for Lazy Holidays
We spent a week in August in this hotel and very much enjoyed it. Personnel was always nice and friendly. Most of them are multilingual: good Italian, German, and Russian; English was enough to understand each other. Two pools for children (0.7m and 1.35m deep) are filled with sea water, so there is no chlorine smell . Be aware that beaches there are mostly in concrete with stairs to access the sea, but this does not bother us much since we spent most of days laying on deck-chairs near the pools and refreshing in the sea occasionally. There are a few small sand spots though but they are quite crowded usually. Food at the breakfast and dinner buffets was of a good quality and diverse enough. We would highly recommend local white wine. Red wine is not as good as white one however. Local beer (forget about German and Czech beer) is also very good since the water in Croatia is of exceptional quality. It is quite noisy on Saturdays because of evening entertainments in nearby hotels but mostly quiet over the other weekdays. Overall, this hotel is nearly perfect for lazy summer holidays. There are plenty of beach and evening entertainments around though and excursions for those who do not wish just to be grilled on the sun.

Lovely hotel
We have been very impressed with the hotel, especially it being 3*, which we thought was underestimation. The hotel is clean, pleasant decor, large balconies in every room, properly working aircon, convenient location for what we needed - right on the sea cost & next to the tennis school. Towels changed daily, although no beach towels provided. The sunbeds are free by the pool, but paid by the sea. The drive to the centre of Umag (where all the restaurants and shops are) is about 5 min. We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts - the food was fresh and variable and plenty. There were only a couple of small disadvantages for us - no fridge in the room and quite crowded feel about the coast (few hotel right next to each other), somehow we often felt surrounded by people & kids & noise when we walked around the Punta area. My partner didnt like the concrete beaches (we couldnt find sandy beaches in Istria), but i found them ok and very clean. Our room was facing the courts and the parking area, the view was great, but there was quite a lot of noise coming from touristic buses every morning (starting from 6am). The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, and trying to speak all the languages. Overall we enjoyed our holiday, if we go back to Istria, we would definetely stay in hotel Sipar again.

Es wurde im Hotel einiges erneuert nur eben nicht alles! Unser Zimmer war am ersten Blick super! Bei genauen hinsehen hat man 2-3 Kleinigkeiten entdeckt! Zum Beispiel müssten die silikonfugen mal erneuert werden, Matratze war unserer Empfindung zu weich! Die Umgebung und Außenanlagen ist super direkt am Meer kurzer Weg zum neuen punta Pool und 2-3 kleine Shops direkt ums Eck! Super ist auch die Pool bar. Apropos Pool dieser ist zwar super groß und ideal für Kinder nur leider fehlen zahlreiche Mosaike Fliesen und in unseren 4 Tagen haben wir nicht einmal gesehen dass die Pools gereinigt wurden! Dementsprechend war auch immer Sand an den Ecken! Liegebereich bei den Pools ist leider auch zu gering! Wer nicht vor 7 seine liege hat geht leider leer aus! Generell hatte man auch den Eindruck dass nicht nur Hotel Gäste den Pool und die Liegewiese samt liegen nutzten! In der nebensaison denken wir ist es sicher eine Reise wert aber Hauptsaison bei voller Auslastung für uns nicht optimal

Leider ich war erstes und letztes Mal. Hotel ist mit 4 Sternen bei so höherem Preis kein Getränke bei Abendessen ist unverschämt. Bei zwei Erwachsene mit einem Kind für 10 Tage kostet noch 200 bis 300 Euro nur für Getränke.

Grundsätzlich ist das Personal sehr bemüht, egal ob Kellner oder Reinigungskraft! Sie geben Ihr Bestes 😁 Essen und die Auswahl sehr gut, Kaffee (Maschine und Filterkaffee) eine Katastrophe. Jeden Tag frisches Obst! Kinderspielplätze wurden ausgiebig getestet und als gut bewertet. Es ist definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel! Die Betten sind zu hart, die „Behilfsbetten“ (3 Person im Zimmer) witzlos. Ein Sitzteil welches mittels Bettlaken zum Bett umfunktioniert wird ohne Auslaufschutz oder dergleichen. In den „sauberen“ Handtüchern habe ich vereinzelt fremde Haare gefunden. Die Wassertemperatur hat ständig geschwankt und war praktisch nicht einzustellen. Unser Zimmer war beim Einchecken dreckig, sodass ich die Zimmermädchen am nächsten Tag zur Gesamtreinigung „verdonnert“ habe. Beim Babypool wird kein neues Wasser eingespeist, ist ebenfalls ein Salzwasserpool. Es gibt zu wenige Liegen für die Hotelgäste. Möglichkeit um Liegen gegen Entgelt zu mieten gab es am Stand, Sonnenschirme allerdings nicht - zumindest wurde mir davon abgeraten. Neue Poolhandtücher hat man leider nicht jeden Tag bekommen können. Der eigene Aquapark öffnet erst um 10h, hoteleigenes Service war zu weit entfernt. Der Lifeguard hätte anstatt auf Armbänder auf die Kinder achten sollen! Im Schatten sitzend kann man nicht wirklich seiner Arbeit nachgehen!

Schönes, modernes Hotel mit optimaler Strandlage. Zu Fuss etwas weit zur Altstadt von Umag. Zimmer modern und sauber, gut nutzbarer Balkon, dessen zwei Stühle für ein 4-Bett-Zimmer aber zu wenig sind. Die Betten sind sehr hart, die ausklappbaren Sessel als Bett ebenso. Tolles Frühstück, aber ungeniessbarer Kaffee aus dem Automaten. Der verfügbare Filterkafffe aus der Kanne war in Ordnung. Zwei 22kW Ladestationen für eAutos vor dem Hotel.

Das Hotel Sipar Plava Laguna hat eine TOP Lage!
Das Hotel Sipar Plava Laguna ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern. Die Poolanlage angrenzend zum Meer ist wundervoll und man kann auch die Liegestühle direkt am Meer benutzen, einfach traumhaft. In die Alstadt von Umag braucht man zu Fuss ca.30min. , wobei der schöne Weg direkt am Meer entlang führt.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist toll, auch der Sandstrand ist schön, das Zimmer entspricht den 4*, allgemein ein guter gesamt Eindruck. Beim einchecken gab es zuerst Probleme, auch beim reservieren der Liegestühle am Pool, da waren die Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich, wir waren 7 Personen im Hotel!!!

War schön eine Woche.
Insgesamt war schön, sehr sauber, bei Frühstück und Abendessen sehr große Auswahl. schade, das könnte kein Bügeleisen bekommen, nur bezahlbare Bügel-Service.Keine Getränkekarte bei Abendessen.

Tolles Hotel! Haben sehr gut gegessen. Poolanlage in Ordnung. Strand könnte sauberere sein.Es lag sehr viel Müll,Zigarettenkippen und Flaschen herum. Das Bett hat beim nachdrehn jedesmal laute Geräusche gemacht. Man sollte unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen. Preis Leistung war im Großen und ganz jedoch okay.
