I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
There was no seating in the lobby, so my companion had to stand while I checked in.
The door lock on the first room was broken. The staff said they would send a technician, but I refused and asked for a different room. The second room's AC was not working properly. Again, the staff said they would send a technician.
Several times, the room key did not work and I had to go back to the front desk to have it reprogrammed. To my surprise, they did not ask for my ID to reprogram the key. This means that anyone could have requested a new key and gained access to my room.
I will never stay at this hotel again
