Converted Fishing Boat

Adults-only houseboat in Inverness with restaurant
Allow us to introduce you to the Highland Lassie, a converted fishing boat offering a unique and memorable holiday experience in the Scottish Highlands. Wake up every morning to a stunning view of the Caledonian Canal, the sounds of nature and the calm lapping of water against the boat. With Loch Ness on your doorstep, we are perfectly situated for a spot of Nessie hunting!
Book out both cabins and be the only guests onboard the Highland Lassie.

Both our top deck Cabin’s – Alsh and Sunart - feature windows with panoramic scenery, providing spectacular views down the Caledonian Canal. Let the light stream in as you lay in bed with a coffee while the world wakes up on your Highland break. Each cabin is fitted with a double bed – complete with comfy and luxurious bedding. All cabin also offers an ensuite with shower, complimentary Arran Aromatic toiletries and the fluffiest of towels.

For a small extra charge, enjoy a full Scottish breakfast on board every morning of your stay. We’ll also provide juice, cereal and fruit to help you on your way and ensure full bellies all round. Guests are welcomed to dine onboard at the Oakwood Restaurant and sample the very best of Scotland’s Larder, from Shetland hand dived scallops to Orkney Aberdeen Angus steaks. We also serve lunch daily on board.

We pride ourselves in offering our guests a warm atmosphere with personal service that isn’t stuffy. You may not want to leave Highland Lassie, but you will take away memories to cherish for a lifetime.
Rooms open to patios. Bathrooms include baths or showers, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.
The recreational activities listed below are available either on-site or nearby; fees may apply.
