We booked this B&B based on previous excellent reviews and were not disappointed. The hosts are warm, gracious and very friendly. The house is lovely and located about 7 miles outside of Inverness, in a quiet country lane. Breakfast was great and a good start to the day. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Not many places nearby to have dinner unfortunately.
Just a note: please double-check the directions that your satnav (GPS) gives you. Like some others here have mentioned, the satnav took us on a long 11 mile country road route to get to the B&B.
Antfield House is a lovely place to stay, comfortable, clean and friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. My only complaint is the low water pressure in the shower. Local pub is a great place for a drink or dinner. Three nights was probably one night too many as it is a little remote.
The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, and we liked the setting of the B&B in particular. It was just outside of the city center in a serene countryside great for taking walks. The only thing we had trouble with was that there was no air flow in our room, and after it rained it got quite muggy and humid/stagnant. To have air conditioning, or even just a portable fan, would have been amazing. Otherwise we quite enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was also delicious!
The Antfield House is a little gem and the hosts are truly welcoming and eager to assist. Very clean and lovely decorated and the surroundings are lovely! Nearby is the restaurant Dores Inn right by the Loch Ness waterfront with great food. Don't miss either of them :-)

Thank you for your review and feedback and glad you enjoyed your stay with us.
This was a very quiet, relaxing place. Not too many guests. Very cozy. Loved the breakfast room--the breakfast was fabulous and the host and hostess were superb.
This home was so pleasant and owner was extremely welcoming. They made sure all of our needs were met. The surrounding areas were gorgeous. Truly hope we can be back soon.

Thankyou for your recent review and glad you enjoyed your stay with us Many thanks Angela
I want to be very honest, I wish someone anyone would’ve warned us about the bed. Booked for 3 nights could only tolerate 2. I travel a lot and can not afford to throw out my back, I had to leave after day 2, other than the bed, the hosts were gracious it’s a very cute B&B! But they need to invest in a mattress for their bedroom we got!
We had a lovely time staying at Antfield house, Angela and Neal we soo welcoming, breakfasts were spot on too, i could not of found a better B&B in the area for sure, loved the fact they were just away from all the hustle and bustle of Inverness the other guests there too were very pleasant, we will be returning again more than once

Although off the beaten track, the room was first class with great attention to detail. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and the buffet beautifully set out. Highly recommend this B&B

Thankyou for your lovely review and so glad you enjoyed your stay with us.
Super comfortable, felt luxurious, just what we needed after a long walk. Owners were really friendly and helpful in making sure we could get there from Dores, which is the closest place to have dinner.
Cooked breakfast was made healthily and yummy!

Beautiful location but near enough too drive too amenities
Neil couldn’t have been more welcoming
The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotless
And breakfast ... wow .... great choice
We shall definitely be returning customers
B&B is located very conveniently in a quiet area, beautiful scenery, easy to get to, near enough to Inverness.
Angela and Neal are super friendly and helpful. Their hospitality far exceeds any other we have come across.
The room was stunning with a great view. Spacious, comfortable, clean and just perfect. We will definitely be returning.
The owners were welcoming. Their place was very clean. The owner went out of her way to help get us some breakfast food for the following day because we were leaving early. The reason I'm not giving this a perfect 5 is because I have food allergies & tried many times to email them in advance. I would definitely recommend this place.
Antfield House is a great B&B with fantastic hosts. The house is great set in a stunning part of Scotland, minutes from Loch Ness.
We had a great couple of nights at Antfield House, the owners are wonderful hosts and the breakfast is fantastic. The house is only a few minutes drive from Inverness and very close to Loch Ness.
Just to note, from Inverness SatNav tends to send you directly to the house down a fairly rough road (OK in summer but probably not so good the rest of the year). Going to the next turn-off along a tarmac road and following the signage is much easier.
Would be happy to stay again, the next time we are fortunate enough to get to visit the Highlands of Scotland.
Neal and Angela are excellent hosts, offering a warm genuine welcome and caring for our every need in a beautiful highland farm setting. A delicious full and varied breakfast greeted us every morning - a great way to start our day of discovering the area, all this after a restful night in a comfy bed. I played my bagpipes to the delight of our hosts, other guests and the neighbouring livestock!
Really lovely location, mere minutes from a gorgeous view of Loch Ness with an excellent pub. Really knowledgeable hosts from local knowledge to where to park in Inverness. First class breakfast, lovely and clean and well below the price of central Inverness. Book it of you can!
A lovely place out in the country but within reach of busy Inverness. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Our room was great and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend. It is a little hard to find so call for more guidance to get there.
Situated on a quiet country lane with horses, donkeys, and cows. The proprietors, Angela and Neal, are super friendly and offer plenty of advice about places to visit. Neal’s breakfasts are delicious and beautifully presented! The rooms are appointed with sweet treats, teas and coffees, and we definitely felt like we were welcomed guests.
